Group Question 1:

If you could retire anywhere, where would it be and why?
Last week we talked about the judgement and justice of God, but tonight we are finishing our study of Isaiah by discussing Heaven and the joy of God.
Before we do that, I want to summarize Isaiah for us as we close our study in the book.
Isaiah chronicles God’s dealings with His inconsistent and often unfaithful people. In short, Isaiah is a cycle of God’s people turning
God’s grace to the world saturates this book and saturates our passage for the night.

Where have you seen the grace of God most evidently in your life lately?

Group Question 3:

Could God take joy in your life right now? What areas of your life or the lives of your friends/family could God take joy in right now?

Group Question 4:

What are some of the hardest things in your life right now? What are some of the most hurtful? Most frustrating? Most maddening? What things, if they could cease to be or could change right now would radically alter your life for the better?

Group Question 5:

What is something you’ve learned about God that has helped you love him more and deepen your relationship with Him?
Books help us learn more about God and help us love Him more. Ministry of Good books. Books can even impact non-readers. Stories at Mizzou walking through books with people. I can distinctly remember moment where God has used books to transform my life.

What about God has been giving you the most joy lately? What has given you the most joy in your Christian walk lately?
