Grace and Peace

Colossians 1:2

grace, unmerited favor in action, his sovereign, freely bestowed lovingkindness in operation.

§  Eph. 2:8. “For by grace have you been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.”

    5. Manifold. 1 Pet 4:10.
    6. All-sufficient. 2 Cor 12:9.

peace,

It has reference to health, prosperity, well-being, security as well as quiet from war.

It is a condition of freedom from strife whether internal or external. Security from outward enemies, as well as calm of heart for those trusting God.
