God gives mankind a sign of His Grace and Mercy by hanging up His "Battle Bow" in the sky. It's generally translated as "Rainbow" but the thought is that God is giving Grace instead of judgment. This is the only Covenant that is all inclusive and carries a message. The message of an age of Grace, whenever we look up and see God's bow in the clouds. In this is God's "Common Grace" for all mankind... but it isn't "Saving Grace". For that, you must believe in Jesus Christ as LORD.
