The weeks leading up to Christmas is viewed by many as the most joy-filled time of the year. Joy is brought to you by the season and thoughts of Christmas morning pasts and to come. Joy you bring to others by smiling and greeting more than usual, sending out Christmas cards, and visiting friends and family who haven’t seen you all year. For some, the joy you force yourself to feel because everyone one around you seem full of joy, and you don’t want to stand out as the grinch or have anyone inquire about the solemn look on your face and what’s really going on in your life.
