Intro. - Upholding a certain standard
We Are To Walk Worthy Of The Lord
We are to fully please Him
A life that bears fruit
God’s grace allows this to happen - 2 Corinthians 9:8
Bearing fruit vs not bearing fruit - John 15:1-8
A life that grows in the knowledge of God
This knowledge leads to godliness - Titus 1:1
The goal is to know God better
A life that is strengthened by God’s power
A description of that power - Ephesians 1:18-23
God has greater power - 1 John 4:4
This results in endurance and patience
A life that joyfully gives thanks
Thanksgiving is joyful not forced
One can always give thanks - 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Paul and Silas in jail - Acts 16:25
Concl. - Pray for God’s wisdom - Colossians 1:9
