2 Corinthians 5:17 NKJV
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

1. when was the last time you let your everyday life become New?

how do you see your Job?
is your Job just the way you pay your bills?
is your Job rather the means by which you accomplish your vision ?
do you know what your gifts and calling is ?
are you going from moment to moment trying your best not to mess your life up?
I’d like to invite you to slow down for a moment and realize that God has a plan for your life. have you ever asked Him to show it to you?

2. God created you on purpose for purpose.

Proverbs 22:6 NKJV
6 Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.
In the Hebrew it would read there is a well worn path inside every Child.
God had a plan for you before you where born.
Ephesians 2:10 NKJV
10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
there is no such thing as a self made man or woman. we where the workmanship of Christ.
since he created us he knew that we would need to live. and He also had a plan for us to do all the things we need to do.

a. God knew we would need to work.

1 Timothy 5:8 NKJV
8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
2 Thessalonians 3:10 NKJV
10 For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat.
Ephesians 4:28 NKJV
28 Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need.

b. we are called to provide for our family.

c. we are called to work to provide for our own needs.

d. we are called to help others financially.

e. we are called to support the work of the church.

1 Corinthians 16:1–2 NKJV
1 Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also: 2 On the first day of the week let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come.
