No matter what there are some people who are just incredibly negative. They cannot see any positive in the situations of their lives.
That reminds me of a couple of friend of mine named Boudreaux...
Thibodaux was visiting with his friend Boudreaux one day. Boudreaux asked Thibodaux what he had been up to lately. Thibodaux says, "Well, I just came back from Lafayette me."
"What chu was doing in Lafayette cher?" asked Boudreaux.
"I went up dere to buy me a new hunting dog," replies Thibodaux.
Boudreaux says, "Mais Thibodaux, what's wrong with da hunting dogs from around here?"
Thibodaux says, "Well, dis hunting dog can walk on water."
Boudreaux laughs, "Thibodaux, you done got fooled. Hunting dogs can't walk on water."
Thibodaux says, "I'm telling you. My new hunting dog can walk on water. You want to see?"
So Boudreaux and Thibodaux go out on the lake with Thibodaux's new hunting dog. Pretty soon, Thibodaux brings down a duck. The dog immediately walks out across the water, retrieves the duck, and jumps back in the boat.
"So what chu tink about dat mon ami?" asked Thibodeaux.
Boudreaux replies, "I'll bet dat old dog can't swim can he?"

Jesus’ Expressed Desire Was For YOU!

Salvation is an individual miracle.
Yes, God so loved the World, but it is one person at a time!
John 10:1–3 NASB95
“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbs up some other way, he is a thief and a robber. “But he who enters by the door is a shepherd of the sheep. “To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.
Jesus is making a list, but He won’t have to check it twice.
The follower’s name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life and guaranteed by the blood of Jesus!

Heaven is to be WITH Jesus!

Heaven is a place of great Joy!
Heaven is a place of great Peace!
Heaven is a place of great Beauty!
Heaven is a place of great Worship!
Heaven is where Jesus is!
Revelation 21:1–4 NASB95
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”
No longer is He seen in a pillar of cloud or a pillar of fire.
No longer is He unapproachable and out of reach!
He will dwell with US!
God, Himself, will again be among men!

So We Can See the Great Love of the Father!

The image of the “doting” Father so proud of His Son!
We will finally understand what real love is.
1 Corinthians 13 NASB95
If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. And if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing. Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part; but when the perfect comes, the partial will be done away. When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I will know fully just as I also have been fully known. But now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest of these is love.
