For the Jew and for all others. God still tarries. He still holds open the gates to salvation, even as the course of time hastens to its completion. Every second moves us precisely one second closer to the end of time. It is finite and it will end. We are infinite and we, in our true spiritual selves, will not end. Where and how we remain forever is the gift of salvation or the judgement we deserve for our sins.
