Nearer Than We Believed

Has to be right before we make a big decision. So Romans 13, if you able to stand just read a couple verses and I'll pray and jump right into it. Just going to read to versus planning to see how much we get through it, but we looked at a Roman 13 couple weeks ago at a missionary last week, but I want to look at verse number 11 says and that knowing the time that now it is high time to awake out of sleep for now is our Salvation nearer than when we believed the night is far spent. The day is at hand. Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light. I said you give me some Liberty to preach and teach on today today and then thank you again for preserving it for us in Jesus name. Amen. The thought is now now knowing the time now it is high time to wake out of sleep. And I now is our Salvation near them when we believe we just just got through the voting process and and every four years. Both parties will say it's the most important election we've ever had ever heard that before can you say and I'm not doubting it is it's always been important because it said anytime. Well the Bible says now knowing the time that now it is high time to wake out of sleep. I don't think this is physical sleep. I don't think it's death sleep. I think it's just a a spiritual Slumber that we might find ourselves in and the urgency to do what the Lord has told us to do and the Bible says hey, Now it's time this is it a way to righteousness awake and get get going wake out of sleep. And then there is a call to a wake to three things in the another verses the Bible just going to mention to you and move on the first one in Romans. 11 says awake out of sleep for it's our Salvation is nearer than we believe in 1st Corinthians 15 and says awake to righteousness and sin not if you have been slumbering in your Christian walk and you're doing something it's not right that I waking up right then I tried to wake up don't let yourself get used to living in whatever it is. It says awake to righteousness and sin not and there are some things that we get involved with that aren't even sins. But the Bible says wake up don't don't laugh Judson that are houses is I hope he's going on three really quick. I can't wait till we get to three and if if we are in a room and he's not there Courtney's like go find him. We cannot leave him alone for five minutes to go search the house. Where is he at? Something is happening and it's not good. I promise you if we don't see where he's at and then the other day he got in trouble and she said why you doing that? You know, you just did it. There's a two year old. That's why he did it. He don't have an answer. Just they just did it and you have to wake up. We got to be alert all the time little booger he woke up before I did today and there was already Siri crushed everywhere because I I was slumbering this morning. Wake up the righteousness. Okay with something that's not right in the Book of Luke. They were they were praying and and and they fell asleep during the Mount of transfiguration and Peter and James and John when they woke up, they saw his glory. They are woke to see his glory. I'm telling you if we will have our our spiritual eyes open, you can see God working in all different areas if you'll be awake to it. If you can't see God's hand moving around you it's because your sleep it snow. Because he's not interested in not doing something be alert to what God's doing and then praise him or ask him through those things. I've been just so encouraged with the some some things that I know God is just worked around it for it to happen take place and I'm like, thank you Lord. I see you. I see it and I'm going to be a lawyer to that and then Daniel 12 tells them that many will wake to Everlasting righteousness and some to Everlasting contempt. That's that's the physical Resurrection. There will be an Awakening of everybody every person that's been buried there will be a time when we wake up and those bodies going to come out of the ground and they're going to stand in front of God and they'll be reuniting of the body and soul for us. The Rapture will be that great harvest of the Resurrection. But for those that aren't saved it'll be at the end of the When out of hell and out of death, the bodies will go and stand in front of the white Throne judgment and wherever will give will be judged inside of the body that we've done these things were so those are some things that we wake to the other word that's used in verse 11. It says and that knowing the time Now it's high time to awake what's coming ahead. It says for now is our Salvation nearer than when we believed. I want to look at the end of it so I get through it and then I'll come back to the beginning of it. There are four or five reasons. I just wrote down how you and I can know that our Salvation is nearer than when we believe I don't know what's going to happen in our country. But this Bible is bigger than the United States of America country. This this book is for the 7 billion people not just a 375 million people that read it in this country. Y'all say men. So some of the missionaries Kumar and Joe cosme were messaging me. Hey what's going on with the election? Like, I don't know don't even ask. I don't know those things and they are interested the whole world praying but looking and watching but this book is way more involved than just what happens on any anyting any election our country having said that Tell me give you something to think about how you and I ought to know that our Salvation is nearer than when we believe the first point. This is real deep get ready put on your thinking cap. Just the timing of it. I started believing was 9 years old. I'm now 14 of your business years old. So I am closer to Salvation than when I first believed does that make sense? Would you say men? Remember when you first started believing how old were you know, I have to ask to ask him to tell but can you get that in your mind? Will you are this many years nearer than when you first believed just buy pure timing. We're getting closer to Jesus than when we started this church back in 2007. We are getting closer to Jesus. Then when we thought the Mayan calendar was going to end it all in 2012. We are getting closer to Jesus then everything. So just appear timing of it the end times. So obviously near because we're drawing closer to it. Let me give you something else to think about peace. The Bible says when they say peace and safety sudden destruction cometh upon them. All the scripture is very clear that there will be some kind of a covenant that's confirmed with the Antichrist and the nation of Israel. Do you know that in just the last few months and not not necessarily as my studying and not because of the Donald Trump or not because of anything just just might just be a combination of events, but there is now peace with the United Arab entity by Rehan Sudan and Lebanon with Israel right now. These countries are majority Muslim countries, but the Palestinians have always tried to maneuver and make all the Muslim countries not Want to do business with Israel because they don't get their two State solution that they desire what was happened is all these Muslim countries are like Forget You Palestinians, you're not helping us either and so will going to make peace and we're going to make deals and we're going to have economic advantages without you. Nah. Nah. Nah Honey Boo Boo, we don't care about you. That's basic what's happening? It is said that this they call this the rapid fall then now Muslims in the surrounding countries can fluoride is runnin' visit the holy sites quicker than the Palestinians could who live right next to Jerusalem. We're witnessing something that is bigger than just politics its money and the love of money is the root of all evil and it's also the movement of all countries and entities of that way. You can mark it down that that somebody's going to make money if there's a vaccine for the coronavirus. Okay, and just just in in the Middle East peace was was thought it could never happen unless it goes through the Palestinians which is never going to happen cuz they don't want it with Israel now, they're articles today yesterday. When is it time for Iraq to normalize relationship with Israel there the next country Iraq the next country. They think will fall in line Saudi Arabia right in line. And what what they're predicting is this will make almost like a NATO conglomeration of countries that can Deal with Iran instead of one of them individually dealing with friend. We're getting close to peace in the Middle East now. Biblically speaking. The Rapture is going to happen very soon. Third thing I want to think about the push for a one-world system go to Revelation 13. We talk about these things and sometimes we just don't even look at the verses in Enfield on my office asked and he said, okay. Well I heard about this preacher. What is it? And he nineteen-year-old. What what's a one-world system? Look what what is that Revelation 13 in the Bible refers to world leaders as beast in the Book of Daniel and the Revelation 13 after Satan has been cast out of heaven and knows he has a little time chapter 13 verse 1 says stood upon the sand of the sea and saw a beast rise up out of the sea having seven heads and ten horns and upon his horns 10 crowns in a pond is heads the names of the name of blasphemy and the Beast which I saw was like a leopard his feet were as the feet of a bear his mouth as the mouth of a lion and the dragon gave him his power and his seat and great Authority. If you want to know what those animal bear lion dragon and leopard what that has to do with read the book of Daniel and Daniel has a dream and it's envisioned of Gentile world powers. What I want you to see is the dragon here is the one who gives whoever this Beast is his seat and his authority the devil does it the devil gives him a place of authority in a seat. That's a government position. The Bible says in verse 3 describing this Beast one of his heads as it were. The death is deadly wound was healed and all the world wondered after the Beast interesting that that phrase all the world wondered. This was written when they didn't know the whole world existed. I don't think that the John's day they were they were privileged to know what was going on in North and South America basically right around their area on the Isles of the Gentiles and some of the Southern areas, but we understand that this book is prophetic and it says the all the world verse 4 and they worship the dragon which gave power to the Beast and they worship the Beast sing who is liking to the Beast who was able to make war with him and there was given him a mouse peeking great things blasphemies watch. This power was given unto him to continue forward in 2 months. He opened his mouth to blast him against God to bless him his name and his Tabernacle and then the dwell in heaven and it was given unto him to make war with the Saints and overcome them and power was given him over all kindreds and songs. And what's it's a nation's this is what we talked about a one world government and there will be one leader who has power for 42 months over all of these things his rise to power is in chapter 6, his ring of power is in Chapter 13 and his risotto powers and chapter 19 when Jesus comes back and knocks him down and then I like that chapter but it gives us this it says that in Daniel will be 10 kings that he sets up and that will give their power unto him 10. Kings will be in those days. I I don't know how much one world we will see before the Antichrist comes but I'm telling you there are some things that United the world United most of the world in a conflict. We were so bitter about that than most of politics in America was to never take us back to war now just a few of you were alive back then again remember it but that was the politics that was the nature of the of the scene don't get us involved with another world war and because of that not much was done as the German regime begin to gain Steam and gained other land and it was really I think you know, you always history is always told by the bias of who tells it but I think that we were hesitant and we were okay that that if Germany fought Russian of Russia fought Jeremy we went we didn't care either way. That was a great for either one of us. We we didn't mind that but we did get involved in World War II brought the whole world involved with something. They've been trying to unite the world in some cause for many years in the 60s. It was climate change. Do you know that's when it started and it was we're going to have a global freezing. The first Earth Day Global conference talked about us having a global freezing we got to do something. So we don't enter a new Ice Age the whole world is to get involved. So now we've got the whole world involved with global warming because if we don't stop those SUVs, we're going to we're going to ruin the Earth for everyone and and that would call for all the countries to submit to some unilateral sanctions. And and and I'm just telling you there is some gold but in february-march, we now have the key to unite the World Health crisis 2028 is a global global issue and we all have to deal with it together because it came from China. I don't know where it came from. I tell you what it it goes everywhere, but they don't have much problem Down in Africa with it. But you can search that stuff and figure it out yourself. Anyway, I don't even politic. I'm just saying there is a unifying call for one world governing of everyone and we will see more of that. I don't care who gets elected. I know who wrote the book. I know who wrote it. I don't know when it's going to happen, but it will happen and there will be more government and Lessa individual nation and it will lead up to what this guy says. He has power over all kindreds tongues and Nations and look at verse number 16 and he causes all both small and great rich and poor free and bond to receive a mark in the right hand or in their foreheads. I know you've heard that talked about a hundred times at the Baptist Church, but I'm telling you that the timing of these things should point us through our Salvation is nearer than ever before peas problems push for a one world government. I didn't mention pestilences but it does have an S. I don't think covid-19 thing. We're going to face when it comes to Health crisis. I don't think this will be the last thing that we face. I think this guy here by extension little bit and there's some to argue either way back and forth with it, but I'm just telling you they'll be more because the Bible says pestilences put an S on that one honey. We're going to face more of it and there will be more push and more call to have a unilateral identification system for the whole world. They try to get done with measles about 4-5 years ago. I don't remember all the Uproar about that SARS was a call but this didn't this got everyone's attention worldwide and there'll be more and I'll be more deadly mark it down. Anyway not to scare you but I'm just telling you this to push that our Salvation is coming and there's progress to integrate. In progress to integrate everyone into a system that we can raise the taxes and raise funds from everyone. I how in the world you going to keep trade from happening on the back streets of some alley in some corner and some I'll tell you how we're going to have a great reset and there's going to be a great push to get rid of the the money the paper money. There will be a push to have everything digital now, you know, I like to sell on eBay. I tell stories of auctioning all the time and I don't know if you know what happened but just in September of 2019, they they push through the internet tax of all of these online sales websites if I sell you something of my knick knacks on eBay you now pay sales tax on that even though it's been bought 15 other times and passed back and forth. You pay sales tax when you buy anything on eBay now. Or Amazon, you're paying tax there for a while or you didn't in the end. The the main that the box stores were like, how can we compete with her? I was going to buy it online with it on to pay the the seven percent tax and I get that but just happened in 1912. The United States governments have got a lot more money in their hands. Where does this money come from? I don't know. I think I know but I don't know for sure. I just know the all the coppers are little more Fuller and now every transaction is more traceable and more palpable. Anyway, I'm just telling you there's a push or salvations getting closer. So what do you do preacher do you get at at 10 full hat? Do you stay in your a basement and and jumped up and down getting ready for the Rapture? What what do you do go to ax1? Let me tell you what? Ashley what you do the Bible tells us this in the same context of questioning. Acts chapter 1 The amazing that's a great point and I know him overtime, but I got to make it and then I'll let you go Acts chapter 1 to look at verse number verse number 6. And when they therefore we're come together, they asked of him saying Lord will bow at this time restore again the Kingdom of Israel. He just resurrected and they're like, okay, this is got to be it. I mean you came back from the dead. We got the millennium's got to be starting take your throne, right? And he said unto them it is not for you to what's the next word say to know the times now Romans 13 tells us it's hot and knowing the time it's high time. That's what that's what Romans 13 said that we read. So he says it's not for you to know the times of the seasons which the father put his own power prophecies in the future. Here's what he says verse 8, but don't worry about that question. But you shall receive power after that. The Holy Ghost has come upon you and you shall be what Witnesses that's what we should be doing. I stayed up last night till about midnight looking at TV. And you know what, I could have stayed up to 4 in the morning and my watching that TV would not change anything that happened last night or this morning. Y'all say amen. I came in to see wheel wheels. I went to bed. I'm like, I wish I went to bed. He's like I couldn't handle it. I just knew I had to go to bed or I have been up all night. Like I was up all night. Thank you. Thank you brother will point taken. I stayed up and watched it would matter if I watch it all day today. I'm not going to change anything. So what am I supposed to do when the when I see the times of my salvation getting closer Witness? Witness, don't worry. Witness tell someone out to get Sade tell someone they need Jesus faithful to follow until I need to get right and get out of that is the advice of Romans 13:2 acts 1:13.

The Bible says the scripture is preserved until the day star arise in our heart. You know, what we're supposed to do. We're supposed to wake up and we know the time and Jesus already told us. What do you do with that time? Don't worry about the in time. We're about the witnessing now witness. That's all we can do. I love to teach about it. I loved it to intrigas. I think it's it is important for me to be to become interested in the Bible. When I seen these things are true. It's not just a fairytale. It's not just a hocus fake news know this is real this will happen and it gives me more confidence and Faith to tell everyone else what they need to do before it happens.
