A. WHAT DOES THIS TEXT SAY TO ME?
Ever since the fall of man we have faced trials testings and tribulations. This has been a very tumultuous year in America in this week is a turning point in its history.
we've been faced with political upheaval
we've been faced with racial divide
we've been faced with the worldwide pandemic
this text reminds us that we would face trials testings and tribulations as a generation
So we should not be alarmed
B. WHAT DOES THE TEXT SAY TO THE NEEDS OF The people IN OUR TIMES?
We're going to get through this because this is the promise of God
we have a Shepherd Jesus Christ the Lamb of God who leads us and guides us and will protect us against all harm seen and unseen
C. What is bad news in the text-
We are part of this Great Tribulation
There is a war raging in our world- it is an unseen war for the souls of humanity
Satan is trying to drag every human being into the lake of fire he can
the devil decieves people he has done so ever since the beginning of time and he will continue to do so until his time is over

Our robes are as filthy rages because of our sins.
D. What is the bad news in our times?
This world has been deceived by Satan and is under his power.
He hates God and all humanity and God’s people.
He wages war to divide us and to hate one another.
He wages war for us misjudged and misunderstand each other He pits us against God and one another
He is able to make us his pawn if we are not careful because we are all sinners and are susceptible due to our selfish nature
F. What is good news in the text-
But because of God’s grace he sent Jesus to overcome Satan and this world order.
Because he has overcome we will overcome this world and all its evil too.
We will have washed our robes and they will be white as snow- This will symplize our purity and Holiness like our God
We will hold palm branches as Symbols of peace with one another and with God.
When the elder asked John, ““These in white robes—who are they, and where did they come from?”
14 I answered, “Sir, you know.”
And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
E What is the Good news in our times?
Church we will overcome these trials, testings and tribulations. Because We know the voice of him who leads us.
We have chosen to love God first, with all of our hearts,minds souls and strength
We have chosen to look out for others before ourselves. \
We help the poor and needy.
We care chosing to learn to one another as we are learning to love ourselves.
G RELEVANT QUESTION –
So I ask you, “Are you one dressed in the white robe wash in the blood of the lamb? Do you believe you are overcoming the world with all of it tribulations? How do I overcome theses trials and tribulations?

. D. Behavioral Purpose STATEMENT- We can only overcome these trials and tribulation when we put our Trust in the Lord. Only he can wash away our sins. Only He has defeated Satan and will bring about an end to his kingdom

a. WHAT SHALL CELEBRATE?
1. When you face Trials-5 But I trust God unfailing love for You; - Celebrate that
2. When you are being Tested- Learn to rejoices in your salvation.- say thank you Lord for teaching me.
3. When we are going through tribulations- 6 Learn to sing the Lord’s praise,
Last week when people in Phidelphia we experiencing voter suppression instead of getting mad they began to sing and dance
Triumph- Jesus has been good to you.- “they are before the throne of God
and serve him day and night in his temple;
and he who sits on the throne
will shelter them with his presence.
16 ‘Never again will they hunger;
never again will they thirst.
The sun will not beat down on them,’
nor any scorching heat.
17 For the Lamb at the center of the throne
will be their shepherd;
‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’ v
‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’”
