Whoops. Oh, oh, man. So it did I have it on is it working? Okay, cuz I don't know. Thanks. Oh, okay. I didn't know if you needed it for the livestream what you guys are doing. So all right. If I didn't get a chance to meet you this morning very nice to to be here today and I can't tell you. I love the fact that she got to stay with the worship team this morning because no matter how bad I do. She said a good, you know tone there for something. So thanks honey. I appreciate that a lot. I'll tell you this. I Man, we had talked to Rick. I have several weeks back. And so we've been preparing for this day for her for quite a while now. And so if any of you had the thought in your mind, will that guy I had like four weeks to prepare this better be amazing. Just breathe while breathe together here and okay. We'll see what happens. All right, cuz I will say this I am I am very distracted sometimes when I speak cuz I want to make sure what I'm saying is exactly what I what I need to say for the moment because we have been praying and we have been preparing for this day and I can't tell you how pleased we are to be here whether whether or not you know, you have us back by my wife actually asked me what the title your sermon that I said was either going to be Perkins day one or Perkins last sermon ever so We'll see how that goes later on. I guess. I don't know what just made me think of that that I did. So best way to do. This is simply this I just want to tell you a little bit about us and kind of who we are where we came from and thank you for making us feel so welcomed here today. You guys are extremely nice. I didn't meet anybody that, you know looked at me and kind of gave me the once-over and thank you for that. I do appreciate that and I'm also going to get a special. Thank you to Larry for having that beard makes me feel at home man. I appreciate that stuff. Thank you there. I see you get the elbow in church, too. So I

So we'll talk. So so give you a little bit about us me and D'Angelo. We we have both what's that? We've been in Ministry for honestly both of us since our teenage years. We've been married now for 8 incredible years, but we've we've been in Ministry for a long time and I can tell you we've got everything from from being youth pastors to worship leaders associate pastors interim pastors for pastors who decided they needed a long vacation. I mean all kinds of things and and I'm telling you right now there is there's no better place. I think then going to be in the center of God's Will and in this morning to tell you a little bit about us and kind of how I get how we got here. You know, like I said, we've been administered for a while. We were married if she grew up in church and so if any of you guys out if I ever hear we use the term Church Bratz, it's not a bad thing. It's just you grew up in church and I mean like, you know, you you're familiar with the place and there's some of us we did not grow up into church and that With me and my family points via the Easter. You know those guys who show up for like they're to a year and they're like checked off. I'm good for the year and that and that was us and it was really I think because of my dad he he was a great guy, but he never grew up in church either his parents went to a church that like they saying off of a piece of paper at like how to everything listed with their going to say and you can like set your stopwatch to win. The service is going to be out. He just I guess he just thought I just didn't feel very personable. So you never win when I was in my teenage years. He really started kind of picking up the thing of going to church and I can't blame you. I was actually a little before that because I can remember very vividly one of my first memories of shirts was going to Sunday school. And if man if you've ever taught a class of littler kids for church, God bless you, but I will say this my teacher was not great because I don't know where they were in the room at the time, but I remember showing up to church and every sitting in this will you shape table? Say hi to everybody and then some kid walks up and punches me in the stomach and I'm like, what would a girlfriend?

and tell you that's like all I remember from that church guy getting punched cinnamon roll, so That's like Memories a church for me growing up. We went twice a year might get punched might get a cinnamon roll. You know, it's great when I turned about 13 we moved and when we move my Dad decided where I start trying some Churches to which you didn't grow up in church that was like the worst idea ever cuz you're like, that's my Sunday I get to just relax and know so Dad different churches and we ended up going to Owasso First Assembly that's just north of Tulsa and when we went my dad found some people I guess that he had worked with and so it's kind of you know, it was good for him and trust me. This story has a pleasant but we're spending their right outside the fellowship hall and he's talking to this season's Saints. Let's just say that she had red hair and she stay out of their talk about that. She is talking and talking and talking and I I'm just I am ready to and finally she looked at because they what I'll let you leave so you guys can go do lunch because you keep asking your dad to go if you promise me, you'll go to use service in at my head and like I've no idea what that is. Yes, I'll go and so I said I would just so I could go get some Mexican food cuz I was hungry and by the way, we did get Mexican that day. I was very happy that we went and did that and like Wednesday realtor, not watching TV and my dad comes in and shut it off and he goes you're going to church. I'm like what you made a promise. You're not making me look bad. You're going to church put on the only shirt I had with buttons cuz I've always Associated buttons with a Nike shirt. So I put that on and I showed up at church. This is where it starts getting a horrible. I showed up at church and they're like, oh, yeah, we don't have a fire to some of our kids are crazy. And so they're meeting at the school and I'm going to go this is even more fun church at school. And so, you know 13 remember It's a go at night. It was so different because I'd never been to a church tour people actually paid attention to your people talk to you like a real person. You weren't a number. You weren't just some person walking in the door to fill a seat like you it was there was a reason you were there and then wanted you to know why it's over that whole night. Like everybody was nice to me. Everything is great and like during the message. The pastor's name is Kevin heat and he just priest and Priestess. I just like I felt it for the first time felt like the pool. Holy Spirit goes there is something here and that night. I got saved and it was

So after that, like I got really involved in church, and we we spent as I can say we weren't a lot because we were together all the time and still love each other. So it's like a way to go babe. So but but like, you know, I went through years and that and that use grouping and they taught us how to do all kinds of stuff, you know sound and Ministry different things mature just helping out everywhere we could but but a very vividly remember this is this is the part of my story where what kind of jumped into a message for today.

I don't. I don't exactly remember all the reasons why other than I just thought it was the coolest person on the planet at the time, but I remember we we took a trip as a youth group at one point and we went to go see I don't know some of you will remember third day, but we went to go see third day. I saw some head shakes. We'll all talk later you out your cool. We we went to go see Thursday in Chickasha Oklahoma, and if anybody was at this concert, please tell me later because I want to talk to you two were there and it's like in July or something stupid. I'm right behind this church and we took the whole truth and so on the way there that's a long drive from Tulsa to Chickasha. And while we were talking I got to talk to my youth pastor about how he was called into Ministry and different things I thought

It's so the whole way there. I was thinking about it and I was like, how do you how do you become this? I thought of all the stories they told me I thought your most of the stories God talk to somebody. Bush on fire or there was water movie or they remember I'm a very young Christian at this point. So in my head I'm associating everything. Ever does is some kind of crazy miracle that hadn't happened before that. Okay. And so we get there to the concert and every search filing out of the van and they're all getting over there to the line to buy their stuff cuz you know, he got there like 2 hours early cuz you read the flyer wrong, I think and so were there in July standing outside 2 hours to Oklahoma, you know, that's a good time. But before I got out of the van on site I want to do it. I want it. I want to be in Ministry God. I'm crazy and that's how I know. It's you is if you answer and so remember young kid don't pray like this cuz this is God being gracious to me, but I pray and I was like God if you really want me to be in Ministry. I want you to get me on stage with the band. Any song I want them to sing even if I'm a Little Teapot. That was a prayer from a really weird 16 years and what in my mind made me think that was going to happen. I don't know but that's that's the thing. I'm picking concert started and here's where my world changed. They're singing like their third or fourth song. I forgotten all about my prayer cuz I'm 16 and my memories fans that long. Enjoying the concert loving it. If you knew Mac Powell is the lead singer third day and he's on stage. He's sick and he's doing his thing and it in a kids, you know, Josh me use you for a second here and he's looking at everybody that I promise you. This is He sing. It looks to me like that and I'm like wait a minute. So for some odd reason so I moved and I moved over the other side and I don't know why I was running on the opportunity. God may be answering this next song goes on. No.

All of the youth pastors which of the time I'm done with the old guys cuz they're hiding behind the speakers. He can't find me there over there.

It's like I go over there and I'm hiding with everybody and they finish the next song and I'm like those. Where'd you go? So I stuck my head out from the side where all the adults are hanging out and he goes, yeah you come here and I turn white as a ghost. I'm like walking did I get over there? And this was the coolest experience ever cuz it up there and put it on resume. What's your name? And it's just looking down. I don't know what to do cuz I just got one question to ask you what song you want me to sing. So I didn't say I'm a Little Teapot. I'm not that dumb. It's so I actually I picked one of the Third Day songs that they hadn't saying and I got offstage cried like a little five year old girl, and I'm just I'm done. So I knew from that point out Ministries got to be what I do cuz man you ignore a call in like that and you're going to have some words on judgment. And so I decided after that I was going to just do whatever I could take my life dedicated use it however, I can for Ministry and and like I said, we we've been through so many different positions and you have through the years I have Try but keep looking them before you guys keep a really clean church. By the way, this is great. Like I said distracted easily, but that my ears. They're just studying about everybody. I could trying to find Gyros in the face and figure out what did they do? Right. What did they do wrong? How could I do this? And I don't want a better because I know I'm not better but I know that the same time we can learn from others mistakes. I believe that the Bible that they're not just a teacher's butt to do but what the teachers not to do and I mean if you read any of the Old Testament a lot of times, I'm more of a think the Old Testament because you got these stories where you can take people and it takes and lays out their life sometimes and you get to see them from a young age to an old-age how they handled the way shouldn't be like David and you take him from the beginning to end and you can see how he handled everything that God throughout him and it's amazing. I mean, I read true stories of everybody at the Old Testament today. One of them that I wanted to kind of kind of push towards is a sort of Joshua if you remember the story of Joshua, it is a crazy story, by the way at the end of the sermon. I have something funny to say, but right now just distract you all so I'm not going to say it now, but just you might clue in. We'll see.

Shakes her head a lot at me if you haven't seen that yet. So sorry, honey. You proud.

we we got to look at the story today. Okay, let's just do that. We're going to the story and I'm actually going to go up here and look at my notes now because first part of that you don't have completely memorized happened to me so I better not want to make sure I don't miss any of my scripture references here. If you don't remember the story of Joshua very, well, we're going to kind of briefly walk through a couple chapters and I'll just recap real fast. Joshua was basically Moses his apprentice and after Moses dies. Joshua is kind of a pointed the leader of Israel there and he is supposed to be their leader. He's going to be the one to take them across the river into the promised land that God gave them. Okay. So basically what we need to know about this story is Josh was the leader. Everybody's getting ready to go into the promises of God have for him and his kind of a big moment. They have been waiting a whole generation to get into the promised land that so everybody is super anxious to get there. They go and before they go I believe got a charge speeches that got to give somebody for a pep. Talk before Joshua takes off and it's a Joshua 1 7 through 9 and this is the first thing that God told Joshua and you can read it on the screen if you want, but it's just says be strong and very courageous be careful to obey all the instructions that Moses gave you do not deviate from them turning either to the right or to the left. Then you will be successful in everything you do study this book of instruction continually meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do this is my command be strong and courageous do not be afraid or discouraged for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. I have always loved that because I mean let's face it. We all go through different seasons in life. And usually the next season whatever it is, it's always scary. I mean, usually you got to remember something like be strong and courageous cuz God is with me wherever I go. You got to remember that because of me specially, I mean, it's 20/20 if you haven't had a weird year yet. I don't know what you've been doing, but we need to talk later cuz this year has been backwards messed up shaking up. Everybody's been affected by this year. And I and I just I love this that God's first charge to Joshua is just be strong be courageous meditate on my word and wherever you go I'm with you. That's beautiful few. Just taking it very what is saying that they now this

because I can't read manga here. This is where the story gets to where we want to talk about. I don't know.

Super study in the Old Testament. Maybe you read Joshua last week. But in case you didn't I'm going to catch you up on what happens. Next after God gives them a gift Joshua's decree. He tells them are you going to get the whole nation and you're going to get them across the river and then the first place they go after they crossed the river. Is there going to the city of Jericho? Remember? God said I'm giving you all these lands and if you don't remember the city of Jericho, this is like, this is another one of those Sunday School inside another maybe I like a rhyme or story or something about it. I don't know there's not on that would keep going. Okay there. I found that out later you guys had like a crime to remember the books of the Bible. That was a cool idea that we would have known that but in this story Jericho If you go to the city of Jericho, it was a city that had huge walls the walls were so thick that look they have houses built into these walls. Okay, this city actually stood in a place that's kind of the crossroads of trade at the time. So it would be like a major. Everybody knew about everybody knew how strong the city was and it had four Gates that shut at night so that the people that are in the city or safe and if you're outside the city, you're just out of luck at you can sleep outside. This city was the first stop in the promised land formation of Israel and when they got there, this was what was crazy about it this city. I mean it it was intimidating. I don't know if you In front of you that was intimidating that you're like what God told me. I'm supposed to be here. But wow, that's bigger than I thought I'd be in this story. Tell them in here is how you're going to do it. City but you're going to do it. My way going to walk around the city with your fighting that you're soldiers once a day for 6 days then on the 7th that you're going to walk around. It's 7 times you can have your priest out in the front with the art of the Covenant. They're going to have trumpets for their horn and you know what?

And then when the priests finally get one of Shadow or what one loud blowing the trumpet there everybody shouts in the walls will come down. Okay. Once again God's plans not what we would have thought everybody else would have been trying to figure out how we chisel or crack that wall. How do we bring it down? Can we pick the lock on the gate? How do we get in there? What we do God's plan completely different. And this is where the story this is where we getting our promise at the city. That's what his real did they walked around? It did there 6 days but on the seventh day, this is the part of the story that a lot of people forget and then I challenge.

There's so many stories that we remember there's little pieces that we forget and we find out what will woke. I was doing something else to not just about a city coming down or them taken to see there was more to do with this story. There was something that God said and he told Joshua Joshua told the nation. So in Joshua, 6:18 and 19 This was said and if you don't remember if I gave that we're not so don't worry about it. If you're taking notes. I want you to have that so you can see this right before this is okay. They're walking around him right before the Wall. Come down. I forgot about this. Like I remember I remember the stories that we're going to be talking about but I forgot he did this woman right before they came down. God said through Joshua do not take any of the things set apart for destruction or you your Completely destroyed and you will bring trouble on the camp of Israel everything made of silver gold bronze and iron is sacred to the Lord and must be brought into his treasury pretty simple instruction. It's our first city when we go to Texas City these things you can for things. He said he's four things to bring into the treasury and he told him to the rest of the city burn it down the rest of the city were not keep this will show everybody that our God is more powerful than these walls. That's establish city than these people who think that our God is nothing. This will be a place that people remember when we go and remember these four things cannot touch very simple

the story happens after this the blow the trumpet every shouts walls come down everybody charges in and they win the battle and that's usually where we stop the story. I'm going to go to the very next story that's in it because that's the one that's kind of a two-part thing here. We got to go. We got to see something in it. I also need to stop here and say to evolve in the world. I could have picked. This is not the one I would have picked for this morning before I get to the next part. Let me simply say this for weeks. I've been praying I do believe somebody in here needs to hear this because I think you missed this part or I think this may maybe pertains to you and like I told my wife I said was this is no Perkins day one or the last sermon ever preached. I want to be obedient in the fact that somebody needs to hear this. Okay, so The walls come down is real charges. Then they have taken the city the very next battle. They have is a tiny town called a i You don't remember the battle of the Ia it's because the city was so small Joshua's Commander's came to me said don't move the whole nation up there. Just give me a couple thousand guys will go take the city and then we'll come back and go to the next one. Joshua said okay do that. Take a few thousand guys think 3000 guys. They go up to the next city and that tiny little town. beat and they are running back to Jericho to get with the rest of Israel because they were defeated bad. When they get their Joshua and all the leaders of Israel, it says that they tear their clothes but ashes on their head and they lay down in front of the Ark of the Covenant and it talked if you pay close attention it says until evening. They have no idea what happened. They just know they got beat and they're like something's wrong God's mad at us. I'm just going to have a moment. I'd be like, you know, this was like this custom was actually used for like extreme morning most of the time and these guys are ripping their clothes put matches on their head showing how sorry they are for everything because they know they've done something wrong, but you may send you the story. Nobody talks to God until evening. I'm not laying on the floor that long I'm I'm way to cut what we got to do about this something's wrong. Joshua says it's evening time starts praying. Hattiesburg praying and you basically just as God I don't understand why this happened. I don't understand. Why didn't you just leave us in the wilderness? This is how it was going to be the water people going to say about you. Now without blink is an odd prayer cuz he's going to ask me. What did we do wrong in what I'm going to say about you now you brought us here so we can get beat by a little town.

And this and Joshua 7 10 through 13. This is God's response. This is what the Lord said to Joshua get up. Why are you laying on your face? Like this is real his sending broken my Covenant. They have stolen some of the things that I command. It must be said depart from me and they have not only stolen them, but they have a lot about it and hidden the things among their own belongings. That is why the Israelites are running from their enemies and defeat her now Israel itself has been set up for for Destruction. I will not remain with you any longer unless you destroy the things among you that were set apart for Destruction. Wow. so God gives Joshua the instructions tomorrow morning to purify yourself in tomorrow morning realign everybody up. I'm going to show you who did this. Could you imagine being in that roll call? They line up the whole nation and they go by tribe then by Clan and by family and they single it down to a man named Aiken. Akins and name in the Bible that I'll never forget because I want to read the story the first time. It just shocked me that this guy could be like this. when Joshua gets to Aiken and he singles amount, he simply tells him he says my son give glory to the Lord the god of Israel by telling the truth make your confession and tell me what you've done. Don't hide it from me. Making does he confess it's what he did. and this is just crazy and says

saw a robe from Babylon was beautiful and I saw a bar of gold weigh more than a pound and silver coins and I took I took them and I hid them in my tent with the silver buried beneath the rest. So Joshua sent guys to look at Indy found it just as you described and this is the horrible part of it. Do you remember right before they went into the city. Just had like one simple rule when you get in here leave these four things for me and he took two of the things off the list the robe you can just say that was supposed to be burned up with everything else, but I'm not like you didn't hear everybody in the nation when they were walking around was told not to talk. Everybody was standing out that everybody knew don't touch this stuff. This is set apart for God. This is not something for you right now leave this alone. This is not your time to have this this belongs to God. And you didn't listen. And I hate to say it but it ended up costing him his life and it cost him his family and it cost him everything. He was killed for what he did and then they burned all of his stuff. This story and I know some of you like that that is a deep deep kind of dark message for this morning, but there's galaxy if it is. Somebody needs to hear this part.

Why would I can do that?

Why? If God spoke, why would he why would he take it? You know God spoke to me one. teenager filled with a bunch of people listening to third day and you would think having something like that man. I've been straight as could be wouldn't go to the left when you go to the right kind of like Joshua was told that I would meditate day at night and I didn't

it's amazing. How is people we can hear directly from God still wander?

We are not perfect. You can but not perfect. I'm not perfect. You're not perfect. But we at least have to be obedient. Aiken decided he would take these things. I wanted I want to find something out about what he took it says that he took the road that the gold he took the silver. Did you notice something about what he did with them says he buried and Below his tent but it's not that part that concerns me so much. It's it's what it's how he buried its that he buried the silver really deep covered it up with dirt and then he put the gold and the rovin there and then covered that up. you ever notice how people

we we are so predictable that even back in the Old Testament. You can still see the same kind of patterns that people had back then as they do nowadays. If they have send there may be something you could uncover. There may be something you could see just below the surface but a lot of times there's something deeper. more valuable to them something that's deeper. That is just they don't want you to find. And I by no means today. I'm going to drag anyone up here and be like what if you got buried I would never do that because I don't think that's the right way to do it. I think instead. I would rather say this.

Aren't you tired?

I'd come to a point in my life where I realized. That I can be tired. Trying to live a lie when I know the truth. I can just live the truth. The simple truth of it is God is called each and every one of us to live according to how he told us. He's call each and everyone of us to be saved Children of the king is called each and every one of us to tell others about who he is what he's done. And the live that truth I'm a very simply like I've never really thought about this. We were promised the greatest gift ever if we would just simply follow the examples that Jesus had for if we would live our lives in a way that mimic Jesus if we could show him to the world. We were promised eternity in heaven. We were promised salvation. We were given the love that is unconditional. I know you guys do just same as me you've spent enough time in the world outside this church cuz we're only here in the church for a few hours a week and we're outside in the world constantly and it is bitter it is it is unloving unforgiving. It is a dark place. That is cold. It's like the opposite of what you feel when you come in contact with God's love and it's so evident and I hate to say this as I get older because I

I get older. I realize it everyday more and more that. There is only one path to take that makes sense. Everything else. You're fighting to keep a lie together because sometimes we think it's easier to have the LIE than it is to just let go and live the truth and I tell you you're wrong. It is so much easier to let go and just live the truth and the truth is today.

that some of you may have come in here with something in your heart that you just wished you could let go of

Like I said of all the messages in the world that I could have picked for this morning. I had 10 more I could have preached verbatim from memory was confused and Hall way more fun than this but If there's somebody in here today and hearing this get you to change something in your mind your heart and you get something right with God and I see you on the other side of Heaven one day than every bit of this was worth and that's how I feel. There's also something else to I want to point out if the story just ended there with Aiken read the next chapter chapter 8 worth. Wow, I can't believe that happened the first city when they took Jerica got told him these things are mine. Don't touch these four things. Everything else is destroyed. And that's set apart for Destruction. That's the rule. That's how it is. We don't argue with God's rules. Are we just obey them because he knows better than we do. Aiken disobeyed that he pay the price the very next chapter says when they go back cuz they go back to fight the city of AI when I go back this time. God tells him you can keep anything you want.

If Aiken had just waited he could have anything you wanted. We are so impatient. We are so impatient and so selfish and sunny. Think about that. God said that the nation of Israel when he told Josh before they went in the city that the nation would be in trouble if you just still disobeys.

Maybe that's like being on a sports team and just sitting on the field the same one that plays I want you right now. You're hurting.

Guy could have had what he wanted. If you would have waited sometimes God's timing is not exactly what we think it is but it's the right timing regardless of what we think of the time it is the right timing man.

today, I originally had asked if the band could come up and play something and I wanted to change that because I don't I've watched a little bit of your Facebook live streams there and I've seen you guys in service kind of cuz I can only see like, you know from here up but got to see some of the messages in here a little bit and talk with you guys, but it's what you know this I'm super glad to be here today and we're going to end this in a way. I don't know if you do this, but I'd like to do this today.

Did you have something back there for me to play Let's just escorting throw something. I'll just something I hate a super quiet room when we're having prayer time because it's like you can hear the person next to you like cough or move when you get distracted. So sometimes I throw a little music on just cuz I swear sometimes it's like squirrel.

Thank you.

I I would like everybody in here. If you just give me just a minute or two. I want to I want to pray for you. I want to ask you a couple questions and I want you to have a moment to think but sometimes it it's just distracting being in a room with him 50 other people. So Matthew just for just a minute. Just close your eyes. Just close your eyes for just a sec.

I want you to ask yourself this. Has there been anything in your life?

But maybe you didn't pray about. And maybe you kind of jumped the gun on maybe you went after something that you weren't even sure if you were supposed to have cuz you didn't ask God and the timing may not have been right and maybe it cost you.

Maybe it's a situation something you chose to be a part of that. You need to pray about and ask. If it's too or you need to be Maybe maybe you've done something. Maybe something has happened to you. So things happen in your life that you know, it's like that silver that a Kentucky buried so deep. Nobody was going to find it. But the reality of it is, I mean it says in God's word that it's like he's like a Searchlight they can penetrate through your heart and he knows what's there? What do you want to tell him or not? He knows what's there? And I'm just asking you today to think about it for a second. Is there something that you very that maybe you even forgot about?

I hate dragging old stuff up. I hate going through these things, but sometimes we don't realize how bad things have really changed this.

Blessed scripture. I want to read to you. I wanted you to hear it while you had your eyes closed.

Matthew 6:21 in 2023. It says wherever your treasure is there the desires of your heart will also be your eye is a lamp that provide lighted for your body when your eye is healthy. Your whole body is filled with light. But when your eye is unhealthy your whole body is filled with darkness and it's a light you think you have is Darkness how deep that darkness is.

For a long time. I thought that being a Christian meant just not sending. It's so much more than that.

When I get to heaven, I'm not going to stand there and judgment and said but I didn't send as much as possible. So I should get in right cuz that's not what it's about. What it's about is getting rid of your old ways letting your old self die like this message day is really not about how bad is something did you do but it's have you actually gotten rid of all the stuff that you did that you need to get rid of. I've wondered so many times in the story of achan would have just got up and gone to Joshua right after that battle. Would he still have been punished? What if we would have brought that stuff to Joshua and said look I messed up but I don't want to harm the nation that don't harm myself. I want to be right with God I want to fix this but I messed up. I wonder what would have happened because if you see the tone of the Old Testament of time and time again, if people sitting and then God forgiving them and I still in my heart believe he probably would have got a second chance.

Whatever you're at today and whatever is going on in your heart. I know this you're not alone.

You're not alone. This world is difficult and it feels like we're in a test everyday of our life to see how we're going to live it whether it's the right way or the wrong way and sometimes the stress of that alone can just make you look a little crazy.

God loves you more than you can possibly imagine and if he took a few weeks the code. For me to find out that you guys were looking for a pastor for me to apply for the position and me to be praying and me to find out that I'm supposed to preach about taking because if the guy in the Old Testament that sometimes remind us that we bury stuff and we need to stop doing that. We need to stop going against God's plan and just live our lives for him the way he says if God took the time to set all that up an orchestrated for me to be here today to tell you that you got understand how important you are. You're not just What this world has made you feel you are something important to God?

So after all that gigantic trying to summarize everything today, this is what I want you to do.

Right where you're at. Because I believe this I believe that God can have a one-on-one experience with you right where you're at. And if you're afraid that if you come up or you pray if you're afraid that everybody would look at you bad or look down on you. I can also tell you that that was not the truth. We have all been there.

so, you know I should have asked this earlier but

If you want to pray with somebody you can come up and pray with me and my wife. We don't know you we don't know your situation. I promise you we wouldn't judge you if you want to play with somebody in person. If you want to stay there where you're at and you want to pray and you just want to clear some things up with God and get some things off your chest and kind of have a new beginning when you walk out that door today. You can do that.

But you have to decide for yourself what you want.

Hello, neighbor said earlier today that you know, you don't have to walk out of here the same as how you came in. We serve a God that still changes the hearts of men and women who serve a God who still has miraculous things. What did you see them everyday or not? They're happening. And this morning I'm just going to give the next couple of minutes. We're only going to give a few minutes. If you want to come up and pray will pray with you. If you want to pray, they're just heat for there at your seat. She's going to turn the music up just a little louder. So no one here to pray. This is your moment with God but have it today?

Thank you this morning.
