So we strive daily as Leaders to lead as humble servants of Christ if we ask somebody to take out the trash we better be the first to do it if we ask somebody to clean the toilets would be to be the first owner needs to get down and do it if we had somebody to go above and beyond we better be right there alongside doing it humble servant leadership.
