There are moments in life when you feel as though hope is gone.

Judas must have felt like all of his dreams were for nothing.
We know he was motivated by money and the gravy train was leaving the station.
Luke 22:3 NASB95
And Satan entered into Judas who was called Iscariot, belonging to the number of the twelve.
Judas turned to the things of the world for the answers he was looking for.
He wasn’t alone, the scriptures have many stories of people who could not let go of the things of the world.
There is a solution - Look UP!

There are moments in life when you feel as though you have blown it and can never recover.

When you are Judas, what can you do to make amends?
He was there in the upper room. He ate from Jesus’ table, he sat as Jesus washed his feet.
Judas sat there while knowing what he had already done.
Judas is not alone in the scriptures of those who blew it!
Abraham, Jacob, Moses, Sampson, David, Solomon, Peter, James and John all have moments of great embarrassment recorded in the pages of the Word.
There is still hope in your failures...
That is the core of the Gospel message...
Just LOOK UP!

There is no where you can turn to find the answers to life’s real needs except to Jesus.

The tragedy of the story is that Judas never turned back to Jesus.
Could Judas have ever been forgiven?
If God’s Word is true, YES, if he would have sincerely repented…but he never did.
Psalm 121:1–2 NASB95
I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; From where shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
Let me point out the obvious but overlooked here, Jesus went to the cross AFTER Judas’ betrayal.
Jesus died for ALL sin, including Judas’ sin...
Let me point out the obvious but overlooked here, Jesus went to the cross AFTER Judas’ betrayal.
The cross is there AFTER your failures…there is HOPE!
