After all the 'gracious and comforting words' from the LORD to Israel, chapter 11 speaks of His fierce judgment against them. Why? Because they rejected the Lord Jesus Christ. Though still preserved by God, Israel is suffering His judgment. Here is a warning to any person who would dare not follow Christ.
