Pastor Luke preached from 1 John 1:1-10 as part 1 from the series "Letters From John." The main idea was "Jesus deepens our intimacy with Him and others through forgiveness of sin." He said that Jesus desires intimacy and fellowship with his followers (verses 1-4), Jesus is light and He reveals sin (verses 5-8), and Jesus forgives and He cleanses us (verses 9-10).
