5 “And now the LORD says,
Who formed Me from the womb to be His Servant,
To bring Jacob back to Him,
So that Israel is gathered to Him
(For I shall be glorious in the eyes of the LORD,
And My God shall be My strength),
6 Indeed He says,

he formed you in the womb to serve him.
not everyone is called to serve God the same way.
6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith;
1 For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles—2 if indeed you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which was given to me for you, 3 how that by revelation He made known to me the mystery (as I have briefly written already, 4 by which, when you read, you may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ), 5 which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets: 6 that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel, 7 of which I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effective working of His power.
how many apostles are there ?
yet the apostle Paul talked in passage above about His gifts. His gifts the way he taught was different from the gifts of others.

God will provide for you the skills to work.

you provide the willingness.
trust God is calling you to do what you are called to do. you have to see yourself in the place God has for you.

why is it we know about are past but don’t know about our present or our future?
why is it we resist the changes God wants us to make in order to walk in out destiny?
what it stopping you from stepping into what God has for you?
