Numbers 6:22–27 NKJV
22 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 23 “Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them: 24 “The Lord bless you and keep you; 25 The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you; 26 The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” ’ 27 “So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them.”
The blessing came directly from God for the less is blessed of the better. and and was only mediated through the priest
Must be must be out of love and sincere heart and thus it should be received as well.. Jesus also lifted up His hands and blessed the disciples

May the Lord your Heavenly Father kneel before you making Himself available to you like a good Father kneeling before His child in order to minister and bestow His gifts and promises.

The Lord keep you

Keep - shamar (shaw-mar) שָׁמַר
to keep, guard, observe, give heed, watch, treasure in memory

to keep - cause a state or condition to remain

to keep, preserve, protect

to protect, attend to, etc.:—beware, be circumspect, take heed (to self), keep (-er, self), mark, look narrowly, observe, preserve, regard, reserve, save (self), sure, (that lay) wait

The word circumspect was borrowed from Latin circumspectus, from circumspicere, "to be cautious." The basic meaning of Latin circumspicereis "to look around." Near synonyms are prudent and cautious, though circumspect implies a careful consideration of all circumstances and a desire to avoid mistakes and bad consequences.
1 Thessalonians 5:23 NCV
23 Now may God himself, the God of peace, make you pure, belonging only to him. May your whole self—spirit, soul, and body—be kept safe and without fault when our Lord Jesus Christ comes.
May God your Heavenly Father guard with a hedge of thorny protection that will prevent satan and all your enemies from harming your spirit, soul, mind and body, your loved ones and all your possessions.
