The Power To Break Soul Ties

Exodus 34:6–8 CJB
6 Adonai passed before him and proclaimed: “YUD-HEH-VAV-HEH!!! Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh [Adonai] is God, merciful and compassionate, slow to anger, rich in grace and truth; 7 showing grace to the thousandth generation, forgiving offenses, crimes and sins; yet not exonerating the guilty, but causing the negative effects of the parents’ offenses to be experienced by their children and grandchildren, and even by the third and fourth generations.” 8 At once Moshe bowed his head to the ground, prostrated himself
Exodus 34:6–8 KJV 1900
6 And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The Lord, The Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, 7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation. 8 And Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped.

The Visitation

So I know many of you are thinking but doesn’t the bible say
Deuteronomy 24:16 KJV 1900
16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.
1. The sins of the fathers are punished in the children through becoming the sins of the children.
The generations to come who experience the penalty of the fathers’ sins are those who hate God. We are not told how the fathers’ sins become the children’s sins.
But what we are told is that when the father’s sins are visited on the children it is because the children are really sinful.
That is the form in which the fathers’ sins are visited. Therefore, all judgment is really deserved by the person who is punished.
2. Because of God’s grace, which is finally secured by Christ, the children can confess their own sins and the sins of their fathers and be forgiven and accepted by God.
Leviticus 26:40–42 CJB
40 Then they will confess their misdeeds and those of their ancestors which they committed against me in their rebellion; they will admit that they went against me. 41 At that time I will be going against them, bringing them into the lands of their enemies. But if their uncircumcised hearts will grow humble, and they are paid the punishment for their misdeeds; 42 then I will remember my covenant with Ya‘akov, also my covenant with Yitz’chak and my covenant with Avraham; and I will remember the land.
Jacob, Isaac & Abraham
Nehemiah 1:5

5 And said, I beseech thee, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments: 6 Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my father’s house have sinned. 7 We have dealt very corruptly against thee, and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the judgments, which thou commandedst thy servant Moses. 8 Remember, I beseech thee, the word that thou commandedst thy servant Moses, saying, If ye transgress, I will scatter you abroad among the nations: 9 But if ye turn unto me, and keep my commandments, and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost part of the heaven, yet will I gather them from thence, and will bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set my name there. 10 Now these are thy servants and thy people, whom thou hast redeemed by thy great power, and by thy strong hand. 11 O Lord, I beseech thee, let now thine ear be attentive to the prayer of thy servant, and to the prayer of thy servants, who desire to fear thy name: and prosper, I pray thee, thy servant this day, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man. For I was the king’s cupbearer.

As we deal with the Power Of Breaking Soul ties we can’t help but look at one of the longest running Soul Ties (Racism).
And let me be 4K clear there are many nationalities that have experienced racism in America.
American Indians: This was there land and it was taken from them.
But no one has experienced the extreme hatred & sub human treatment in America worse than African Americans.
So currently we are probably are at the 4th to 5th generation freed from slavery for a person my age.
Which means White Americans my age are 4 -5 generations of being slave owners.
That’s what we have in common, lets define Sin & Iniquity.
Sin

SIN—is “any want of conformity unto or transgression of the law of God”

in the inward state and habit of the soul, as well as in the outward conduct of the life, whether by omission or commission

It is “not a mere violation of the law of our constitution, nor of the system of things, but an offence against a personal lawgiver and moral governor who vindicates his law with penalties

The moral character of a man’s actions is determined by the moral state of his heart. The disposition to sin, or the habit of the soul that leads to the sinful act, is itself also sin

1 John 3:4 TPT
4 Anyone who indulges in sin lives in moral anarchy, for the definition of sin is breaking God’s law.
Romans 6:12 TPT
12 Sin is a dethroned monarch; so you must no longer give it an opportunity to rule over your life, controlling how you live and compelling you to obey its desires and cravings.
Romans 6:13–17 TPT
13 So then, refuse to answer its call to surrender your body as a tool for wickedness. Instead, passionately answer God’s call to keep yielding your body to him as one who has now experienced resurrection life! You live now for his pleasure, ready to be used for his noble purpose. 14 Remember this: sin will not conquer you, for God already has! You are not governed by law but governed by the reign of the grace of God. 15 What are we to do, then? Should we sin to our hearts’ content since there’s no law to condemn us anymore? What a terrible thought! 16 Don’t you realize that grace frees you to choose your own master? But choose carefully, for you surrender yourself to become a servant—bound to the one you choose to obey. If you choose to love sin, it will become your master, and it will own you and reward you with death. But if you choose to love and obey God, he will lead you into perfect righteousness. 17 And God is pleased with you, for in the past you were servants of sin, but now your obedience is heart deep, and your life is being molded by truth through the teaching you are devoted to.
2. Grace (Showing Grace to 1,000 Generations)
Grace frees us to choose our own master

three meanings assigned to this word in the Eng. Dict.—(1) ‘pleasingness,’ (2) ‘favour,’ (3) ‘thanks’ (the sense of favour received)

‘Grace’ designates the principle in God of man’s salvation through Jesus Christ. It is God’s unmerited, unconstrained love towards sinners, revealed and operative in Christ.

Titus 2:11–14 TPT
11 God’s marvelous grace has manifested in person, bringing salvation for everyone. 12 This same grace teaches us how to live each day as we turn our backs on ungodliness and indulgent lifestyles, and it equips us to live self-controlled, upright, godly lives in this present age. 13 For we continue to look forward to the joyful fulfillment of our hope in the dawning splendor of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus, the Anointed One. 14 He sacrificed himself for us that he might purchase our freedom from every lawless deed and to purify for himself a people who are his very own, passionate to do what is beautiful in his eyes.
Romans 5:1–3 TPT
1 Our faith in Jesus transfers God’s righteousness to us and he now declares us flawless in his eyes. This means we can now enjoy true and lasting peace with God, all because of what our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One, has done for us. 2 Our faith guarantees us permanent access into this marvelous kindness that has given us a perfect relationship with God. What incredible joy bursts forth within us as we keep on celebrating our hope of experiencing God’s glory! 3 But that’s not all! Even in times of trouble we have a joyful confidence, knowing that our pressures will develop in us patient endurance.
Grace frees us to choose our own master
3. Iniquity
Iniquity” is when we not only sin, but we willfully sin and even find delight in sin. We have sinned to the point that the Holy Spirit no longer “strives with” us, and our conscience is seared. All iniquity is also sin. Most iniquity is also evil.
Hebrews 10:26–31 TPT
26 For if we continue to persist in deliberate sin after we have known and received the truth, there is not another sacrifice for sin to be made for us. 27 But this would qualify one for the certain, terrifying expectation of judgment and the raging fire ready to burn up his enemies! 28 Anyone who disobeyed Moses’ law died without mercy on the simple evidence of two or three witnesses. 29 How much more severely do you suppose a person deserves to be judged who has contempt for God’s Son, and who scorns the blood of the new covenant that made him holy, and who mocks the Spirit who gives him grace? 30 For we know him who said, “I have the right to take revenge and pay them back for their evil!” And also, “The Lord God will judge his own people!” 31 It is the most terrifying thing of all to come under the judgment of the Living God!
Words To Describe Iniquity:
Punishment: (responsibility, guilt, penalty of guilt) [ awen]
Genesis 4:13 KJV 1900
13 And Cain said unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear.
Wickedness: (Mischief, trouble & Wrong..)[awa]
Psalm 119:133 KJV 1900
133 Order my steps in thy word: And let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
Deep In Their Sin:
Loathsome, Injustice, fraud, Mischief & Unrighteousness
Matthew 7:22–23 AV
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
A Person Can be So deep in sin, they believe they are righteous!
In the Last day’s and Today there are prophets, preachers, pastor’s & Church Member’s who are doing things in the Name of the Lord but Not Jesus- their lord lucifer.

2 Thessalonians 2:1–7 AV
1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
2 Thessalonians 2:7 TPT
7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already active, but the one who prevails will do so until he is separated from out of the midst.
1 Thessalonians 4:16 AV
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Revelation 16:15 TPT
15 “Behold, I come like a thief! God’s blessing is with the one who remains awake and fully clothed in me and will not walk about naked, exposed to disgrace.”
