Many of us have an idea of God and where we put him, how he moves, what he does and how we do it. But in the process we get stuck in our ways and stop seeking him but I believe that there is more that he wants to do in us and through us

1.The overtone of scripture

As we study scripture very systematically we see that the Bible is about the creator and his creation. ( Jews think its about them and the Church thinks its about us)

But we you study very closely you see that the Bible is about a God who is outside of time, space and matter and his creation.

We see that from Genesis to Revelation of the creator trying to give his creation a relationship that the creation over and over rejects

but you see just how beautiful it pans out

2. We see how the Creator calls to his creation

When we look at passage such as, Exodus 20, and Matthew 23:37 Jeremiah 29:11

we see that his desire for us is to call to him as a child calls to there mother and father

3. SO WHATS The Problem

The problem you guessed it, is us

we tend to not recognize him as if he is made up or he is not there

one of the biggest problems in the western world is that we tend to think and act as if we have no NEED

it carry’s over into our theology because we have so much economically: Jobs, cars, wife, kids, education system food, etc.

to the point where we put it in the way we view YHWH Ro- eh ( The God who provides)

some tend to think that when we accept Jesus into our lives we receive the Holy Spirit ( Ruach ha kodesh)

others believe that once you open your mouth and wiggle your tongue and begin to speak an unknown language that you recieved the Ruach Ha kodesh (Holy Spirit)

Others believe that once you have done those things you have everything that you NEED!!! but is that the case?

4. Personal Testimony

Tell about how you were told to open your mouth and wiggle your tongue in the basement downstairs.

talk about how you felt nothing there was no change, nothing happened. I felt nothing

Talk about Cymaron preaching, until then. I have no clue what he was preaching about, no clue what he was discussing and can’t remember what happened before what led into that. but I do remember getting a tap on the shoulder and I can to and I was screaming and shouting and spoke with holy tongues of fire that day as well.

I remember I went back to play with my friends and I use to cuss. I remember me saying right there that I don’t want to cuss anymore and so from that day forward I never really did. and when I did. I felt absolutely terrible about it. o

are you tired of feeling disconnected to God?

have you have had a similar experience or even crazier than I had?

are you depressed?

Do you feel like there is no hope?

Do you feeling spirtually, physcially, emotionally exhausted?

My question to you is, Do you want more? John 7:39

6.Do you need more?

John 20:19-21

Many of us have lived a life and during this quarantine time have become lazy

We watch CNN, Fox, Hulu, Disney+, etc.

we have a fast paced society that is always on the go.

a lot of times it is so fast paced I believe we can forget about God.

We tend to give more time into other things such as our job and our t.v and putting that in the place of God

We begin to think carnal in the sense of HOW WE THINK, ACT, and RESPOND

those of us who have seen God move and have tasted the power of the Holy Spirit and have had encounter after encounter but now faces a THING that is very present in the body of Christ, that is running DRY

We come to church not to grow but out of habit

We sing songs to God, not out of a humble Spirit wanting to give glory to a King but just as mere repetition

Your pray life is lacking

Your life seems as if it is getting darker

you ask yourself what happened to the FIRE that I once had.

You opened your mouth, You wiggled your tongue, You come to church on Sunday’s, Maybe you even read the Bible but there’s something missing.

You want more but you are afraid to ask for more because you have BEEN TAUGHT that you have everything you need but it still feels as if you are running DRY what is the conclusion and the question that is posed is Do You need more?

Maybe when your are praying for the sick and they didn’t get better and you know it was God’s will to heal but it didn’t happen ( see Matthew 17 do not explain it)

or maybe your in a deliverance and your saying, “Come out in Jesus name!” and nothing seems to happen but after about an hour that person gets set free and then your telling yourself that when Jesus did it they were set free immediately but when you do it it seems like it takes forever the question I have for you is, Do you need more?

7. Another Personal Testimony

Ask a question. If we have been FILLED with the Holy Spirit why do we pray/ commune with God? If we are filled with the Holy Spirit why does it seem like we are carnal when we don’t constantly spend time with him or it is easier for us to be consumed with a carnal thought when we don’t spend time with him? Why is it that it is HARD to hear him when he is speaking when we do not pray? Why are we constantly asking God to help us and guide us IF WE HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT?

could it be possible that there is more? What does Jesus mean when he says BLESSED ARE THEY THAT HUNGER AND THIRST AFTER RIGHTEOUSNESS FOR THEY SHALL BE FILLED?

Do you need more?

talk about how you have been seeking the Lord in your private time asking God to deal with your CHARACTER!

Tell them how you have been humbled on somethings that you thought.

THAT YOU’VE been asking for more and FOR A PURE HEART

WELL WHEN YOU ASK FOR A PURE HEART THAT MEANS GOD HAS TO EXPOSE AND PURGE THAT WHICH IS NOT PURE!

SEE when I thought I had it all there were things on the inside that I refused to deal with stuff that I thought I had gotten rid of but really I had just suppressed.

talk about what happened between you and Marleisha

tell them how you heard the voice of God saying to let her leave but I didn’t and in doing so made the situation worse

Tell the people on how you PRIDED YOURSELF ON WHEN YOU PREACH THAT YOU DON’T WANT TO BE LIKE OTHERS WHO SAY THEY ARE WORKING ON THEMSELVES BUT REALLY ARE NOT

I ASKED THE LORD SEVERAL TIMES IN MY HEART WHAT WAS THAT

I THOUGHT I HAD GOTTEN RID OF THAT A LONG TIME AGO

BUT IT FEELS THAT I HAVE BEEN BROUGHT BACK TO SQUARE ONE AGAIN

I HAVE EXPERIENCED GOD MANIFEST IN CRAZY WAYS

I’VE SEEN BACK PAIN LEAVE

I’VE SEEN LEGS THAT WERE NOT THE SAME LENGTH GROW OUT

I’VE SEEN CANCER HEALED

I HAVE HAD DREAMS THAT IF I TOLD YOU THEM YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE THEM

THE LORD HAS SPOKEN TO ME AND TOLD ME PEOPLES DARKEST SECRETS

I’VE HAD DREAMS OF JESUS COMING BACK

AND I NEVER BELIEVED THAT WHEN A PERSON SAID THEY NEEDED MORE THAT WERE ASKING IN AMISS

BUT AFTER RECEIVING THE HOLY SPIRIT AND SEEING SOME CRAZY THINGS I AM PERPLEXED AT WHAT I WAS IN NEED OF AND THAT IS MORE

CAN I HAVE MORE?

ACTS 2

relate it to John 7 and John 20

move to ACTS 4:23 explain that PETER AND JOHN WERE THERE ASKING FOR THE SAME THING AS WELL.

I BELIEVE that you can Have more IF you want it.

IF YOU THINK THAT YOU DON’T NEED MORE YOU ARE AN ARROGANT FOOL

talk about your DREAM AND PROPHECY

AFTER MY WIFE AND I HAD MADE UP It was as if I was ready to wake up and it was as if the Lord was stoping me from completely waking up and I remained asleep and This is what he told me

HE said THE BRAND OF PEACE IS THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL

I DIDN’T understand what that meant at first but I believe I understand what that means now

everything is shut up right now things are just now beginning to open back up and right now there is not too much that is going on.

BUT WE HAVE NOT paid attention to the season

NEXT WEEK IS PENTECOST and I BELIEVE that we are about to have something crazy happen just you watch
