No trust? Never Fear! It’s a process

Proverbs 3:1–2 ESV
My son, do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments, for length of days and years of life and peace they will add to you.
Teaching - never forget it.
Learning over lifetime creates confidence i.e. trust
The product of trust: peace

I’ll teach you the beginning of trust:

Proverbs 3:3 ESV
Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart.
The character of God must be our adornment. It must be what we put on each day as what defines who we are.
“Steadfast love and faithfulness.”

Proverbs 3:5–8 ESV

2 Timothy 2:6 ESV
It is the hard-working farmer who ought to have the first share of the crops.
He isn’t going to take half-time obedience, and when he isn’t watching do your own thing.

2 Timothy 2:7–8 ESV

Mark 2:27–28 ESV
And he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath.”
He built a system with balance, fruitfulness and abiding, harvest and rest. Without balance the nature of trusting will be missed because the quiet time to learn is missed. The training in
