SAINTS OF GOD

KJV Hebrews 11:4 By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

KJV Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

KJV Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

KJV Hebrews 11:7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

KJV Hebrews 11:8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

KJV Hebrews 11:9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:

KJV Hebrews 11:10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.

KJV Hebrews 11:11 Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.

KJV Hebrews 11:12 Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.

KJV Hebrews 11:13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

KJV Hebrews 11:14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.

KJV Hebrews 11:15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.

KJV Hebrews 11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

KJV Hebrews 11:17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son,

KJV Hebrews 11:18 Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called:

KJV Hebrews 11:19 Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure.

KJV Hebrews 11:20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.

KJV Hebrews 11:21 By faith Jacob, when he was a dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff.

KJV Hebrews 11:22 By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.

KJV Hebrews 11:23 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king's commandment.

KJV Hebrews 11:24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter;

KJV Hebrews 11:25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;

KJV Hebrews 11:26 Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.

KJV Hebrews 11:27 By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.

KJV Hebrews 11:28 Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them.

KJV Hebrews 11:29 By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.

KJV Hebrews 11:30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days.

KJV Hebrews 11:31 By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace.

KJV Hebrews 11:32 And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:

KJV Hebrews 11:33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,

KJV Hebrews 11:34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.

KJV Hebrews 11:35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:

KJV Hebrews 11:36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:

KJV Hebrews 11:37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;

KJV Hebrews 11:38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.

KJV Hebrews 11:39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:

KJV Hebrews 11:40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

HOW SHOULD WE LIVE OUR LIVES AS CHRISTIANS?

KJV Job 17:9 The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.

KJV John 15:9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

KJV Acts 13:43 Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.

KJV Romans 2:7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:

KJV Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

KJV Ephesians 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

KJV Ephesians 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

KJV 2 Timothy 3:14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

KJV Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

KJV Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

KJV 1 Peter 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

KJV 1 Peter 1:14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

KJV 1 Peter 1:15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

KJV 1 Peter 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

KJV 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

KJV 1 Peter 5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

KJV Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

APOSTLE PAUL-NOT A MAN OF ELOQUENCE, BUT A MAN OF FAITH AND POWER

KJV 1 Corinthians 2:1 And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.

APOSTTLE PAUL WAS A HEBREW AND A PHARISEE CAME FROM TARSUS IN CILLCIA-TRIBE OF BENJAMIN

KJV Philippians 3:5 Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;

STUDIED UNDER GAMALIEL

KJV Acts 22:3 I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day.

PERSECUTOR OF CHRISTIANS

KJV Acts 8:1 And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.

KJV Acts 8:2 And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him.

KJV Acts 8:3 As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison.

KJV Philippians 3:6 Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.

CONVERTED BY JESUS CHRIST

KJV Acts 9:1 And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,

KJV Acts 9:2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.

KJV Acts 9:3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

KJV Acts 9:4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

KJV Acts 9:5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

KJV Acts 9:6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

KJV Acts 9:7 And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.

KJV Acts 9:8 And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.

KJV Acts 9:9 And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.

KJV Acts 9:10 And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.

KJV Acts 9:11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,

KJV Acts 9:12 And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.

KJV Acts 9:13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:

KJV Acts 9:14 And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.

KJV Acts 9:15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:

KJV Acts 9:16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.

KJV Acts 9:17 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.

KJV Acts 9:18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.

KJV Acts 9:19 And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus.

KJV Acts 9:20 And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.

BEGAN HIS MISSIONS CAREER

KJV Acts 13:1 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

KJV Acts 13:2 As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.

KJV Acts 13:3 And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.

BECAME AN APOSTLE

KJV Galatians 2:7 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter;

KJV Galatians 2:8 (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:)

KJV Galatians 2:9 And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.

KJV Galatians 2:10 Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.

FOUNDED CHURCHES IN ASIA MINOR, GREECE AND MAYBE AS FAR AS SPAIN

KJV Romans 15:24 Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company.

KJV Romans 15:28 When therefore I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain.

HE WAS THE WRITER OF MOST OF THE NEW TESTAMENT BOOKS:

ROMANS, 1,2 CORINTHIANS, GALATIANS, EPHESIANS, PHILLIPPIANS, COLOSSIANS, 1,2 THESSALONIANS, 1,2 TIMOTHY, TITUS, PHILEMON

APOSTLE PAUL WAS NOT IMPRESSIVE TO LOOK AT OR TO LISTEN TO

KJV 2 Corinthians 10:7 Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ's, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ's, even so are we Christ's.

KJV 2 Corinthians 10:10 For his letters, say they, are weighty and powerful; but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech contemptible.

HE HAD PROBLEMS WITH HIS ONE EYE

KJV Galatians 4:15 Where is then the blessedness ye spake of? for I bear you record, that, if it had been possible, ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me.

HE EVEN ASK THE LORD TO HEAL HIM 3 TIMES

KJV 2 Corinthians 12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

KJV 2 Corinthians 12:8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.

KJV 2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

KJV 2 Corinthians 12:10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

BUT HE PREACHED CHRIST IN POWER

KJV 1 Corinthians 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

KJV 1 Corinthians 1:24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

KJV 1 Corinthians 1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

KJV 1 Corinthians 2:1 And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.

KJV 1 Corinthians 2:4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:

KJV 1 Corinthians 2:5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

KJV 1 Corinthians 4:20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

APOSTLE PAUL WAS BEHEADED OUTSIDE OF ROME. BUT HE IS IN HEAVEN AMONG THE CLOUD OF WITNESSES CHEERING US ON.

THE SWORD OF THE LORD

GENESIS 1:1 NOTES

Genesis 1:1

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

KJV Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

"IN THE BEGINNING" (Baresheet) IS THE TITLE TO GENESIS

In THE TORAH FROM THE PENTATEUCH THE FIRST BOOK IS CALLED BERESHEET FROM PARASHAH 1-(GENESIS)

The first word is BERESHEET (IN THE BEGINNING)

"In the beginning" is pointing to Jesus since He is the Alpha and Omega and The Beginning and the End.

KJV Isaiah 48:12 Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.

KJV Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

KJV Revelation 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

(I don't think the word "IN THE BEGINNING" is a mistake)

So therefore there is a point in history when God (EL-0-HEEM)created Life in the Heavens and the Earth because He is the creator

JESUS ILLUSTRATES IN LUKE 12 THAT GOD WHO CARES SO MUCH FOR HIS CREATION CAN ALSO CARE FOR YOU!

KJV Luke 12:22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.

KJV Luke 12:23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.

KJV Luke 12:24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?

KJV Luke 12:25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?

KJV Luke 12:26 If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?

KJV Luke 12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

KJV Luke 12:28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?

KJV Luke 12:29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.

KJV Luke 12:30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.

KJV Luke 12:31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.

KJV Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

GOD HAS LAID THE PERFECT PLAN-THE KINGDOM OF GOD WHICH HAS BEEN HIS PLAN FROM THE VERY BEGINNING

GOD KNOWS YOU AND YOU HAVE BEEN IN HIS PLAN EVEN BEFORE YOU WERE BORN

KJV Psalm 139:4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.

KJV Psalm 139:8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

KJV Psalm 139:9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;

KJV Psalm 139:10 Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

KJV Psalm 139:11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

KJV Psalm 139:12 Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

KJV Psalm 139:13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

KJV Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

GOD KNOWS YOU SO WELL THAT HE EVEN KNOWS HOW MUCH HAIR YOU HAVE ON YOUR HEAD

KJV Luke 12:7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

GOD LOVES YOU BECAUSE HE WANTS YOU TO BE A PART OF HIS PLAN

KJV Deuteronomy 7:8 But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

KJV Jeremiah 31:3 The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

KJV John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

KJV John 16:27 For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

KJV Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

KJV Ephesians 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

KJV Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

KJV 1 John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

KJV 1 John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

KJV 1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

GOD'S LOVE IS MANIFESTED IN JESUS

KJV John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

KJV John 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.

KJV John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

KJV John 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

KJV John 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

KJV John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

KJV John 1:11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

KJV John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

KJV John 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

KJV John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

CHRIST DIED FOR YOU TO GIVE YOU ETERNAL LIFE

KJV John 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

KJV John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

KJV Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

KJV Romans 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

KJV Romans 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

KJV Romans 5:11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.

KJV Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

KJV Romans 5:13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

KJV Romans 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

KJV Romans 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

KJV Romans 5:16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.

KJV Romans 5:17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

KJV Romans 5:18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

KJV Romans 5:19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

KJV Romans 5:20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

KJV Romans 5:21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

IN ORDER TO ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD YOU NEED TO BE BORN AGAIN

KJV John 3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

KJV John 3:2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

KJV John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

KJV John 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

KJV John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

KJV John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

KJV John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

KJV John 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

KJV John 3:9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?

KJV John 3:10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?

KJV John 3:11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.

KJV John 3:12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

KJV John 3:13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

KJV John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

KJV John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

KJV John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

KJV John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

KJV John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

KJV John 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

KJV John 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

KJV John 3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

KJV John 3:31 He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.

KJV John 3:32 And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony.

KJV John 3:33 He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.

KJV John 3:34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.

KJV John 3:35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.

KJV John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

KJV John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

1. BECAUSE

JOSEPH WAS A DESCENDANT OF KING DAVID.

KJV Luke 1:27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.

KJV Luke 2:4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)

JESUS MUST BE BORN OF THE SEED OF DAVID

KJV 2 Chronicles 6:16 Now therefore, O LORD God of Israel, keep with thy servant David my father that which thou hast promised him, saying, There shall not fail thee a man in my sight to sit upon the throne of Israel; yet so that thy children take heed to their way to walk in my law, as thou hast walked before me.

JOSEPH WAS A RIGHTEOUS MAN.

KJV Matthew 1:19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man,

He was a man of faith who trusted God, especially when God told Joseph to take Mary as his

wife eventhough he found her pregnant conceived by the Holy Spirit.

KJV Matthew 1:19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.

KJV Matthew 1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

KJV Matthew 1:24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:

Normally when adultery is commited the man and the woman are put to death..

KJV Leviticus 20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

2 other times The Angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream to move to a different location.

KJV Matthew 2:13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
