At the start of 1 Corinthians the church at Corinth is called “saints.” Yet when you read the book it was filled with sin: division, sexual immorality, selfishness, arrogance, pride and even Christians who don’t believe in Jesus’ resurrection. How can these sinners be called saints? Journey with us through 1 Corinthians and see how God calls sinners to be saints and what that looks like for us now. Today Ben Good brings God’s word to us. Ben is a missionary with Global Interaction serving in Mozambique. Him and his family are currently on ‘home assignment’ in Perth, WA. We support them as a church and love hearing from them in person when they’re home. Bible Reading: 1 Corinthians 1:10—2:5 Preacher: Ben Good Date preached: 3 May 2020 See more: https://gbc.org.au
