New work is to EXPOSE evil in your life, in other saints’ lives, and those in society.

You are a now in the light and your actions, attitudes, ambitions should shine light on or expose the shameful practices, the evil ways, the works of darkness.

JOYOUS DISPOSITION SHOULD CONVICT THOSE WHO ARE ENVIOUS

PEACE SHOULD CONVICT THOSE WHO CAUSE STRIFE

PATIENCE SHOULD CONVICT IMPATIENCE

KINDNESS SHOULD CONVICT FILLED WITH ANGER

FAITHFULNESS SHOULD CONVICT THOSE WHO ARE UNFAITHFUL

GENTLENESS SHOULD CONVICT THOSE WHO ARE ARROGANT

SELF-CONTROL SHOULD CONVICT THOSE WHO LOSE THEIR TEMPER

TRUTHFULNESS SHOULD CONVICT LIARS

RIGHTEOUS LIVING SHOULD CONVICT THOSE WHO ARE IMPURE SEXUALLY OR WITH IDOLATRY OR WITH SUBSTANCE ABUSE.

EVERY CHRISTIAN IS SEALED AND INDWELT AT THE TIME OF SALVATION BUT THE PRESENCE OF THE SPIRIT OF GOD DOES NOT GUARANTEE HOLY LIVING.

The manifest presence of the LORD was with the children of Israel in the wilderness as a cloud by day and as fire by night. Yet God’s presence did not stop them from complaining and desiring the food from Egypt, and not trusting God to provide.

This is why the Bible says in Gal 5:25
