Theme: Jesus appears again to his disciples. The parables, the teachings and the miracles are meant to help us enter God’s story, this is how he has chosen to reveal himself and to draw us into him. This episode shows us that Jesus knows what we need and he is with us. Jesus provides for his disciples ahead of them, he cares for them. It is a sign of his mission to the church, after his resurrection all the gentile nations will come into his family and they will turn from fish to fishermen.
