                        *1*.*Fear* is *1* of those things that will *bring* that *heaviness*.

(*2TIM 1:7*) Says, "*For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind*."

When we're in fear, *we're wavering* w~/ t promises of God.

(*JAMES 1:6-7*) Says, "*But let him* *ask in faith, nothing wavering*.
*For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord*."

*If* we are *wavering* w~/ t promises of God then we're *not* going to *receive* His *Peace*, His *Joy*, or *any* of *His promises* *& we'll fell that heaviness*.

*Strife* is another area that *will wound someone's spirit*.
T Bible calls it *sin*.

*Hurt feelings* can cause someone to *fell wounded*.

*C*.In (*MATT 4:4*) it says, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."

If we're *not* being *properly fed spiritual*, there's a *heaviness* that goes w~/ it; a *weakness*.

(*MARK 11:25-26*) Says, "And when ye stand praying, *forgive*, if ye have ought against any: that your *Father* also which is in heaven may *forgive you* your trespasses.

*Unforgiveness* is going to *hinder* you from *getting into t presence of God*.

If we look at this *V* from a *different angel*, it's telling us that "*Bitter Words*" (t *opposite* of *good words*) will *cause* someone to be *sadden*.

Well, *what's* *t cure* *for heaviness* in t inner man?

According to this *V* in (*PRO 12:25*) *instead of bitter words* *give* a "*Good Word*."
(Good words are *uplifting*).

I think t *most important* is to *go to Jesus*; To get *in His presence*.
