Our passage today shows us that (1) God is in control of our temptations, (2) God is with us in our temptations, and (3) God has a good purpose for us in our temptations. With this in view, in the moment of temptations and trials to realize that God has introduced this in our life as an opportunity to reveal our heart in such a way that we will allow the Spirit to further shape us into the image of Christ.
