In this half-hour message, I'm going to begin teaching on weariness and how to combat it.
We need to tap into the Lord strength and we need to understand what the scripture means by "Mount up with wings of Eagles."
*I) *In these verses, we just read it says, "He giveth power to the faint and to them that have no might he increases strength."
(Verse 29).
*A) *One of the things that we need to learn is that our own strength is limited.
*1) *You might remember the words from (Zechariah 4:6) which says, "Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.)
*(a) *There are many obstacles, hindrances, and storms that we are not able to overcome in our own strength or power.
*(i) *We need God's help.
We can't have victory over Satan and his evil forces without God being on our side and without His power and strength.
*B) *Sometimes when were in the midst of the battle we grow tired and weary.
Sometimes we get so weary and that we just feel like giving up.
*1) *But no matter how long a battle is God never grows weary.
*(a) *Back in our main text (Isaiah 40:28) it says, "The everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary."
