T part that I wanted you to notice in is (V 19); `Go ye therefore'. This is t Great commission, but how many of can really say that we are fulfilling these words of Jesus? Are you going forth & preaching t Gospel?

       I. Look at MARK 16:15

                 A. Jesus is saying, `Go & preach t Gospel.'

                             1. Now that doesn't mean that we have to leave our homes & go to Africa to share Jesus w/ someone.  Not unless that is what God has told you to do.

                                         a. I'm also not saying that you have to start a church or become an Evangelist holding meetings to share Jesus, But what I am saying it's up to us all to win t lost.

                                                     i. (2CO 5:18) Says, And all things {are} of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; (KJV)

ii. T word “reconciliation” means, restoration to (the divine) favor: ‑atonement, reconciliation(‑ing).

                                         b. Someone has once said that, it's only for t 5 fold ministry to do that.

                 B. Look at EPH 4:11‑12

                             1. I think that t NIV puts it a little better, it says. (Ephesians 4:11‑12)  It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, (12) to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.

                             2. Look at MAT 9:13

                                         a. I think that everyone will agree that this is what Jesus was sent to do & he did it.

                                         b. But not only was Jesus sent to call t sinners to repentance, but so are we.

                                         c. Turn to JOH 14:12

                                                     i. We always take this scripture to mean miracles, & it doesn't say that.

ii. Miracles are only part of it, but it means more than just that. Jesus said, “The works that I do shall he do also.”

iii. What are t works that Jesus did? There's many things, but one of those things was calling t sinners to repentance.

                                         d. In other words we are called to bring people to repentance.

                                                     i. Only H.S. convicts. (ROM 10:14) `How shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard?'

                 C. Paul said in (1CO 11:1) Be ye followers of me, even as I also {am} of Christ. (KJV)

                             1. In other words, we are to follow after t apostles, as long as they follow Christ.

                                         a. What was it that t apostles did? They went out & preached t Gospel.

                                         b. Mark 6:12

                                                     i. (3JO 1:7) Says, `Because that for his name's sake they went forth.

                             2. MAT 9:37‑38

                                         a. T labors that are going to go forth are you & me.

                                         b. Look w/ me to a parable that Jesus told. LUKE 14:16‑24

                                                     i. If we're not putting t kingdom of God 1st, we may not be at t marriage supper of t Lamb just after t Rapture.

ii. We may not have made it in t Rapture.

                                         c. T main part that I wanted you to see starts in t middle of V 21‑23.   T Lord is telling his servants to go out.

II. When you go out to witness about Jesus, remember you're going out to a wilderness.

                 A. EXO 15:22 When you go out there in t wilderness don't go out there to be ministered to, go out there to plant seed & to water that seed.

                             1. T reason why it's such a wilderness is because of t sin that t people are into.    But I've got good news for you.

                                         a. Paul said in (ROM 5:20) `Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:' (KJV)

                                         b. I like what t Word says in (PSA 2:8) `Ask of me, and I shall give {thee} the heathen {for} thine inheritance.

                                                     i. This V also shows us t importance of prayer before you go out.

ii. He said, `ask of me.'   We've got to do some asking 1st.

                             2. Turn to 2CHRON 20:21

                                         a. They praised before they confronted t enemy.

                                                     i. When you're prayed up & you've spent time praising t Lord, you can expect t Glory of t Lord to be upon you.

ii. In (NUM 10:34) IT SAYS `The cloud of the Lord (that's t glory cloud) {was} upon them by day, when they went out of the camp.' (KJV)

                             3. MAR 16:20 When you go out there, there's going to be an anointing upon you.

III. 1SA 20 now I'm going to change a 2 words here, don't stone me. V 11
