The title for today’s message is “I was There!” an eye witness account, primary reding is from this witness John 19 verses 16 through 30. We learn the religious leaders distorted the truth, the Governor (Pilate) squandered his authority, the soldiers abused their power, the crowds mocked Jesus, the friends watched in silence, and The Saviour suffered and died to provide the only way for us to have eternity with Him.
