NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD PT 1
Matthew 26:26-28 (NKJV) And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, "Take, eat; this is My body." Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

This past week I came to a real understanding Personally how Infected Blood can make you real sick & possibly bring death & Uninfected Blood produces life & strength. Jesus cleansed our infected spiritual Blood by the shedding of His Uninfected Blood!
Isaiah 1:18 (TLB) .... no matter how deep the stain of your sins, I can take it out and make you as clean as freshly fallen snow. Even if you are stained as red as crimson, I can make you white as wool!

When I received Jesus - went down front to the altar - when I knelt down I saw these 2 huge doors open & heard a voice say to me; I’ve been waiting on you to come back. I have not forgotten my plan and dream for your life - be made whole! When I got up - I was sober and had no more desires for drugs and alcohol - DESIRES! BUT -- I had to begin applying the Word of God and the BLOOD OF JESUS to my life in order to overcome the habitual behavior that I was used to. God’s plan for our lives is not turmoil, strife and pain -- His plan for our lives is Joy, Peace & Happiness! In my life today -- I Am Living Dreams I Never Thought Possible! What Was It -- NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD! Jesus’ shed Blood covers everything -- His Blood redeems everything the "Curse" took from us because of "The Original Sin" in the garden of Eden. SO -- the Salvation Jesus has for us is .... Forgiveness - Healing - Deliverance - Prosperity - Freedom - Authority - Power To Live & Overcome

He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: "For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter." Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

But Listen -- Our Enemy Never Sleeps Or Gives Up - He Never Rests In His Battle To Try & Defeat Us! Devil comes to you and starts accusing you -- alcohol, drugs, immorality, anger, bitterness, depression, fear -- he says "You’ll Never Change - You’re Not Righteous At All -- You Don’t Love God!" Father God leans down and says; "How Do You Plead!" You say; "GUILTY!" Father God says; "Don’t plead guilty -- PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS!" SEE .... Don’t plead GUILTY -- PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS! Don’t plead FAILURE -- PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS! Don’t plead FEAR -- PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS! Don’t plead POVERTY -- PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS! YOU’VE BEEN REDEEMED BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS! Quit letting the enemy & people used by the enemy tell you the you will "Never Change" Rise Up & Say; "Devil, you are already defeated. I am set free by the Blood of Jesus. When Jesus hung on the cross, He said; "IT IS FINISHED"

LISTEN CHURCH -- there is a "Crimson River" that will never run dry -- The Blood Of Jesus -- All you need to do is realize that the powerful Blood of Jesus is there for you!

OVERCOME does NOT mean they "GOT BY" In Revelation 12 -- OVERCAME -- means to conquer, to prevail & get the victory I realized when I was first saved that .... my will power wouldn’t do it -- my hanging out with people who don’t smoke, cuss & chew wouldn’t do it NO -- It Was The BLOOD OF CHRIST -- Standing In That Makes Me An Overcomer! I CAN NEVER STEP OUT OF THAT BLOOD COVENANT! LEVITICUS 16 -- tells about the sacrifice of blood for sins -- take the blood of the bull and the blood of the goat and sprinkle it on the horns of the altar SEVEN TIMES & then lay hands on the live goat, confess all the sins of Israel onto the head of that goat and send it away into the wilderness NOW -- 7 is God’s number for Perfection & Completion .... 7 things happened to Jesus to bring us our COMPLETE VICTORY that we NOW stand Within -- I’m not waiting for the Sweet By & By -- I Can Walk In It While I’m Around Still On This Ground! Jesus Shed His Blood In 7 Places To Make Us Whole & Complete -- totally forgiven & set free from every bondage imaginable -- AND FROM the "Iniquity" that entered into families!
PLACE #1 -- IN THE GARDEN

Everything started in a garden - it’s no coincidence that the 1st place Jesus ransomed us or shed His Redemptive Blood was in a garden -- WHY -- it was the place we lost the power of God’s blessings REDEEMED = we are ransomed or brought back to the original place ILLUS Ever heard or maybe you’ve said; "I have no will power to stop ... overeating, smoking, losing my temper, drinking -- whatever it might be!" We lost Our Will Power .... to do what is right -- to do what is best -- to do what is healthy -- to do what will bring benefit & blessing when Adam disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden, Eve was deceived by the serpent BUT Adam "Willfully" disobeyed God & Adam was the one God gave the dominion & Control Over "the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth." Sounds like the "Serpent" was covered under that"!

And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and He began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed. Then He said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch with Me." He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will." Then He came to the disciples and found them asleep, and said to Peter, "What? Could you not watch with Me one hour? Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." Again, a second time, He went away and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done." And He came and found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy. So He left them, went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words.

JESUS -- both Man & God -- BEING GOD .... He knew they would unmercifully beat him at a whipping post til his flesh was gone He knew they would tear his beard out of his face He knew they were going to strip him naked and hang him & spit on him He knew they were going to drive 31/2 inch thorns into his head He knew they were going to take spikes & pound them into his hands & feet He knew they were going to take a spear & jam it into his side BEING A MAN .... He knew he would feel every bit of the pain when the whip hit & tore his flesh He knew he would feel every bit of the pain when they pulled out his beard He knew he would feel the excruciating pain when they drove the thorns into his skull He knew he would feel the spikes tearing thru his skin, bone, muscle, nerves He knew he would feel every bit of humiliation when he was stripped naked & displayed in front of everyone IN THE GARDEN .... Jesus Struggled with these thoughts, emotions & pains He would feel -- 3 Times Jesus Went Back To Pray -- 3 Times He Made The Statement;
"O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will." Luke 22:43-46 (NKJV)

Then an angel appeared to Him from heaven, strengthening Him. And being in agony, He prayed more earnestly. Then His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground. When He rose up from prayer, and had come to His disciples, He found them sleeping from sorrow. Then He said to them, "Why do you sleep? Rise and pray, lest you enter into temptation." WHY IS THIS SIGNIFICANT? The 1st Adam surrendered our Will Power to Satan -- The 2nd Adam - JESUS CHRIST - redeemed our Will Power by saying; "Not my will, but your will Father be done." and then He shed The 1st Sprinkle of Blood to Redeem That For US!!! When the devil comes & tries to tell you that "You’ll never change" - "You’re not strong enough" - "You’ll never be a success" YOU HAVE THE WILL POWER TO STAND UP IN VICTORY & OVERCOME HIS ACCUSATIONS AGAINST YOU!! JESUS’ BLOOD HAS SET YOU FREE FROM BONDAGES! You’ve got to start seeing yourself the way GOD SEES YOU .... He sees you healed He sees you free He sees you full of joy He sees you successful He sees you THRU THE BLOOD OF JESUS! BUT LISTEN -- you have to give God control of your desires & surrender your will to Him -- Resist the Devil everytime he comes at you
