Principle #1: The prideful shall be humbled. A. The prideful think more of themselves than others. B. The prideful jockey for prominent positions. C. The prideful shall eventually fall--Proverbs 16:18. II. Principle #2: The humble shall be exalted. A. The humble think more of others than themselves. B. The humble aren’t concerned about prominent positions. C. The humble shall eventually be honored--Proverbs 29:23; Proverbs 25:6-7. III. Principle #3: The kindhearted shall be repaid. A. The kindhearted serve the outcasts. B. The kindhearted serve without ulterior motives. C. The kindhearted shall eventually receive God’s rewarding--Matthew 6:19-20. Personal Application: Do I seek God’s recognition or man’s applause?
