Slip, Slip, Slipping Away

The faith journey can sometimes be a course of peaks and valleys, periods of plentiful and undeniable faith and then, for some, darker times where you feel lost and alone and far away from God. Jesus says He is always there, wherever you are on that journey But how do I prevent the tragedy of my faith "slipping away" to a point of no return before I even realize it? There is an amazing recovery and prevention principle in the Bible for just this purpose.
