This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light, and there is absolutely no darkness in him.

How can we see true fellowship (first with the Father/Son/Spirit, then with one another)? [light v. darkness…what does this mean? <truth, knowledge, righteousness v. falsehood, ignorance, sin> why does it make sense?…]

The warning, negative reinforcement
Jesus answered, “The light will be with you only a little longer. Walk while you have the light so that darkness doesn’t overtake you. The one who walks in darkness doesn’t know where he’s going. While you have the light, believe in the light so that you may become children of light.” Jesus said this, then went away and hid from them.
So, as Christians we cannot ever sin after Jesus saves us?
