Opening

Pray out of worship
Father we thank you for this time, we thank you for the opportunity to worship You. Thank you for meeting us here, thank you for our encounter with you. As we transition to your spoken word I ask that you would continue to be with us, and that it would be Your word, and not mine. Father forgive me for my sins let me not get in the way of what your doing. Let me be used as you messenger. In you name we pray. Amen.
Transition
As you may have noticed from the signs and slides and branding that tonight is our vision night, this night is was designed for us to look at the future of what God has for us individually and collectively as a church.
Before we talk about how this vision is going to do that I want share about vision itself. So I decided to look up the word vision in the greek and here is what I found.

ὅρασις (horasis). n. fem. vision, appearance. The term primarily refers to what is seen.

Horasis which means vision, appearance. What really like is how it says The term primarily refers to what is seen. (Next Slide highlights text)
This all really comes down to dreams, passion, and pursuit. However what is really amazing when you have a dream and you see yourself doing it but your not sure where and how it came and it seems a little unclear. Those are the visions you have to pay attention to because those are the visions that God give us.
Lets take a look at a character in the bible named Joseph. Joeseph is important to vision because he sets the tone of what happens when dreams become a pursuit.
So where going to start in the book of Genesis Chapter 37:5
it reads:

5 Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more. 6 He said to them, “Listen to this dream I had: 7 We were binding sheaves of grain out in the field when suddenly my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered around mine and bowed down to it.”

So this is the start of the vision that God gave him it was a little unclear of how is was to happen and what it meant in this present day.
Continuing to follow Joeseph we’re going to go to Chapter 41,
Continuing to follow Joeseph we’re going to go to Chapter 41,
Before we do that I want to give you some context, Joeseph was sold because of the vision and the envy of his brothers then he was persecuted and thrown in jail for two years. But Joeseph had a gift he Didn’t just have dreams he could interpret others dreams. This gift led him to Pharaoh (a king of all of Egypt) who had a dream that no one could interpret. He heard of Joeseph and had him brought to him from the prison. Because of his gift that God gave him heres what happened.

39 Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Since God has made all this known to you, there is no one so discerning and wise as you. 40 You shall be in charge of my palace, and all my people are to submit to your orders. Only with respect to the throne will I be greater than you.”

Joseph in Charge of Egypt

41 So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt.” 42 Then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his finger and put it on Joseph’s finger.

Here is the start fruition of the Vision

49 Joseph stored up huge quantities of grain, like the sand of the sea; it was so much that he stopped keeping records because it was beyond measure.

Now here is the manifestation:
6 Now Joseph was the governor of the land, the person who sold grain to all its people. So when Joseph’s brothers arrived, they bowed down to him with their faces to the ground.

We all have visions we all have dreams, we all have passion. The question is will you put in the work to make the impossible possible.
I have a video that I would like to share that speaks about vision that I believe would make it more personal for us.
VIDEO
Tonight The core team and I want to start the process of making the vision of FWC real. Like Joeseph we going to declare the vision but before we do that I found a scripture that is going to help make our vision real. Lets look at the screen together. reads... I love this scripture because it is so empowering and it illustrates how our vision is the vheicle to do somthing impossible! Its in two parts. Part 1 Write the vision, make it plain on tablets (Paper). Second part So he may run who reads it. Translation (So we may run (motived) when you read it).

Vision Uncovering

So we are going to do the first part I have typed our vision and mission statements for us and they will appear on the screen .
Vision: Spread the love and teachings of the Trinity, develop the unique body of Christ locally and globally using relationships Worship, Teaching of the Bible, Campuses, and Technology to grow the body.
So this is what I have found to be a little complicated to explain so I have a simplified version for us tonight:
Vision: Spread the love and teachings of the Trinity, develop the unique body of Christ locally and globally using relationships Worship, Teaching of the Bible, Campuses, and Technology to grow the body.
Simplified: Make the invisible God known from our relationships with Jesus Christ, through Love, Teaching, Relationships, Technology, and Campuses.
Before we go in depth of how we as the people are going to make this possible I want to show you two things.
First we have some verses that associate with those vision statements. What is important about the scriptures is that they support our vision and what we are called to do. Lets take a look at them.
Simplified: Make the invisible God known from our relationships with Jesus Christ, through Love, Teaching, Relationships, Technology, and Campuses.
For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the Son’s of God

But the Advocate the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you

But the Advocate the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you
And we have come to know and believe the love that God has for us. God is love; whoever abides in love abides in God, and God in him

Second is a video that I have found that is going to give us some context of what may seem impossible.
Video
So how are we going to make this mission come alive how are we going to make this real, how are we going be motivated? Why do I need to get behind this vision?

5 Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him all the more. 6 He said to them, “Listen to this dream I had: 7 We were binding sheaves of grain out in the field when suddenly my sheaf rose and stood upright, while your sheaves gathered around mine and bowed down to it.”

Like Joeseph in order to make his vision real he had to get behind Pharaohs vision so that he could be elevated. The elevation leads to the manifestation.
Lets take a look at our vehicle let look at making this real.
We are going to use our mission statement to be the vehicle.

6 Now Joseph was the governor of the land, the person who sold grain to all its people. So when Joseph’s brothers arrived, they bowed down to him with their faces to the ground.

(PowerPoint)
To make this vision real we have to build relationships, we have to have deeper faith, we have to have deeper worship. So we can discover Gods plan for us. Be able to be developed. So we can be deployed. here are some ways that this vision will become real.
Finally from you we need your Time talents treasure.
