Money as a gift from God

Deuteronomy 8:18 ESV

You shall remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

Loving money

We can use money, but we shouldn’t love money.

Being ruled by money

1 Timothy 6:10 ESV

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
