In “Joy Hard Won” of Decision Magazine’s March 2000 edition, Joni Eareckson Tada writes:
Honestly is always the best policy, but especially when you’re surrounded by a crowd of women in a restroom during a break at a Christian women’s conference. One woman, putting on lipstick, said, “Oh, Joni, you always look so together, so happy in your wheelchair. I wish that I had your joy!” Several women around her nodded. “How do you do it?” she asked as she capped her lipstick.
“I don’t do it,” I said. “In fact, may I tell you honestly how I woke up this morning?”
“This is an average day,” I breathed deeply. “After my husband, Ken, leaves for work at 6:00AM., I’m alone until I hear the front door open at 7:00AM. That’s when a friend arrives to get me up.
“While I listen to her make coffee, I pray, ‘Oh, Lord, my friend will soon give me a bath, get me dressed, sit me up in my chair, brush my hair and teeth, and send me out the door. I don’t have the strength to face this routine one more time. I have no resources. I don’t have a smile to take into the day. But you do. May I have yours? God, I need you desperately.’”
“So, what happens when your friend comes through the bedroom door?” one of them asked.
“I turn my head toward her and give her a smile sent straight from heaven. It’s not mine. It’s God’s. And so,” I said, gesturing to my paralyzed legs. “whatever joy you see today was hard won this morning.”
I have leaned that the weaker we are, the more we need to lean on God; and the more we lean on God, the stronger we discover him to be.

pure= holy, innocent, holy one, an attribute of the divinity and everything belonging to it, that which awakens religious awe, pertaining to being without moral defect or blemish
lovely= pleasing, that which causes people to be pleased with something
admirable/commendable= worthy of praise, admirable, appealing, praiseworthy, pertaining to deserving approval or good reputation, gracious
excellence= quality of moral excellence, outstanding goodness, virtue, excellence of character
Follow God’s standard not the world’s standard

It is within the book of Acts in Chapter 16 that we learn about the origins of the Philippian church and the work that Paul performed through the inward working power of the Holy Spirit

We remained in this city some days. 13 And on the Sabbath day we went outside the gate to the riverside, where we supposed there was a place of prayer, and we sat down and spoke to the women who had come together.
Practice Paul’s Example- We need Godly Examples both inside and outside the church!
15 For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel.

By repeating an order back to the one that gives it, one confirms that the order has been correctly received and understood, so any mistakes in communication can be fixed before the order is executed. It also impresses bystanders with the speakers' professionalism and steadiness, under stressful conditions (illustrate: the world is watching how Christians handle life’s challenges)
This practice can also be used to signal that the order has been executed. This is usually the case for orders that are easily performed and reversible, but makes it amply clear to the one giving the order that it has been executed. In some cases the order is repeated both as confirmation of receipt and then as to its execution.

We need to learn to pay attention to the LORD’s commands

You got to do something with what you learned in church and what you learn through the Scriptures and what you learned from leaders and mentors who are faithful to the call of following Jesus Christ.
It makes no sense to come to church every Sunday and hear a word from the LORD and not learn anything from it that you can put into practical use for your daily living.
(The God Of Peace Will Be With You)
God= the one supreme supernatural being as creator and sustainer of the universe.
It was Jesus Christ who said
3 So Peter went out with the other disciple, and they were going toward the tomb.
19 On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the doors being locked where the disciples were for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.”

peace= state of concord, peace, harmony

And you will have peace in the church
21 Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.”

When the Word of God becomes engraved in our minds, it changes our perspective about life. That doesn’t mean we’ll live in constant euphoria, but it does provide an intellectual basis for optimistic thinking. One man called Scripture memory “the daily habit of supplying the subconscious with God’s material to chew upon.” Thus the Apostle Paul saying here in Philippians 4:8, “Fill your minds with those things that are good and that deserve praise: things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and honorable… and the God of peace will be with you.”
That’s why Isaiah calls Jesus:
