Most Old testament Prophets prophesied to city’s or nations.
the blessings/ curses went to cities or nations.
just as we are not exempt from the blessings of a nation we are not exempt from the curses either.
Genesis 18:18-“Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of them shall be blessed in the have.”
Psalms 2:8-“Ask of me and I will give you the nations for your inheritance, and millions of the earth’s for your possession.”
Psalms 22:28-“For the kingdom is the Lord’s, and he rules over the nations.”
Psalms 47:3-“He will surely subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.”
Jeremiah 1:10-“See, I Have This Day Set over You the Nations and over the Kingdoms, to Root out and Pull down, to Destroy and the Thought of Them, to Build and to Plant.”
Hebrews 11:33-speaking of the heroes of the faith, it says that “through faith [they] subdued kingdoms.”
Revelation 2:26-“and he who overcomes… To him I will give power over the nations.”
God’s relentless quest for the nations climaxes in revelation 11:15:

Revelation 22, the last chapter in the Bible then reveals the tree of life in heaven:

All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides the sheep from his goats.
And he will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left.-Matthew
