He prays for more time and God stops the sun and moon in the sky
1 Samuel 1 - Hannah is barren and is blessed with a son through Prayer
1 Kings 3 - Solomon prays for wisdom
Daniel 9 - Daniel prays for what has already been prophesied to happen, and at the moment he prays God acts!
Intercession is to position yourself between the one in need and the one who can provide for the need.

Particular - Ask for God to provide through an upcoming appointment and in a way that He gets glory.
Persistent - Pray on a faithful, daily schedule for healing.

Personal - Present to God a friend or family member of yours remembering that God loves them even more than you do.
Purposeful - Pray for life-changing salvation
Pleading - Pray as Paul exhorts the Ephesians.
Eph 3:17-19 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Particular - Pray for upcoming times where you know you will see them and be able to share salvation with them.
