Who this is?

Just saying just saying Ghostbusters right Ghostbusters. Well today. I want to talk to you about Ghostbuster ring.

All right. I'll talk to you today about Ghostbuster egg and and some of you adults have seen the movie before y'all got converted.

And so and so you seen the movie and you know about these four characters and they go around and they catch goes well. Do you know that the Bible talks about Ghostbusters? You know that but you don't it's not for you to raise your hands the Bible talks about Ghostbusters, but she has a thing the Bible says that there's only one Ghostbuster.

There's only one Ghostbuster, right and his name is Jesus is he right? There's only one Ghostbuster, right? And he is the one

Who can raise the dead back to life again? Yes. Yes. All right. All right, so I want to show you now, right? Cuz what I'm going to talk to you about is what happens to us when we die. Okay hands down. Keep your hands down what happens to us when we die, but in order for us to understand that we also have to understand how we were made in the first place. Right? So the Bible tells us that in Genesis chapter 2 verse 7. You see it on the screen. The Bible says that the Lord formed man or mankind Out of the Dust of the ground and he breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and Man became a living Soul or a living be alright, so that's what happened. So I have a little video here. I want to play if you could turn the volume up on that for me. Let us make man in our image according to our likeness and the Lord God formed man of the Dust of the ground and Breath of Life and Man became a living being the Lord God planted a garden Eastward in Eden and there he put the man who he had formed. So now we're going to see what God did in the beginning. This is a example of what God did right. He formed Man Out of the Dust of the earth molded him shaped him and put his hands in place and put his neck and put his head in place and and put his eyes and everything like that. God actually everything else. He actually spoke into existence but mankind he actually took his time and he formed us out of the Dust of the ground you see that And then he did something amazing. Watch what he did what he did. The Bible says after he formed us. He did something awesome.

He breathed the Breath of Life. Into us and the Bible says we became alive.

now outside of that When God had formed them he had his eyes he had his nose. He had his mouth yet. It's hard yet as long as his liver and his kidneys and spleen everything was in place. But guess what? He wasn't alive. Guess when he became alive when God breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, right? So guess what life but the Bible is telling us that life comes from God. All right life comes from God and so here is what exactly happened to look at the story here. We have an Earthly body. It's made from the earth right then when it is combined with the Breath of God. Equals a living Soul or a living being the word translated being mean soul in the Bible, right? So if you want to see a soul look at your neighbor look at the person next to you. That's a soul, right? That's a soul that's a person and the devil wants to do nothing. But to destroy us right wants to destroy us. So here's what happens to us. We want to look at what happens in the reverse right when mankind send send came on to the world and Apparently we have to die. So this is what God says happens to us when death takes place. It says in Genesis 3:19 in the sweat of your face. You shall eat bread to you return to the ground for out of it. You were taken for dust you are and to dust you shall return. So what happens when God made us at the beginning the process is reversed at the end. And so if you want to see what that looks like, this is what happens there was Adam Wright and guess what now, instead of being alive Adam closes his eyes into sleep and he goes back to dust and the Bible says his breath goes back to God. Right. That's what happens. And what does the Bible say about that? How do we find it? And it Ecclesiastes 12:7. It says then the dust will return to the Earth as it was and the spirit will return to God who gave it right? The Hebrew word for spirit is the same word that we use for the word breath. That is the raw power from God that makes alive whenever God's breath combines with the human body. It makes that person come alive. But when the Breath of God goes back to God, it's like raw power when it goes back to God our body return back to nothing. And that's sad, isn't it? That's really really sad. So what the process is reversed the Earthly body minus the Breath of God. It doesn't equal a living soul in equals a dead soul. And if something is dead does that mean it's the hive? It's not a live, right? If it's dead, it's dead. It can't move can't talk can't do anything. So, how is Jesus the only Ghostbuster we know? How is Jesus the only Ghostbuster we know but I will tell you that there is no such thing as ghosts. If you seen a ghost what you seen is a demon masquerading as someone the Bible tells us that they can do that. Okay, and we don't listen. The dead people if my dead grandfather came back and wanted to talk to me. I don't listen to him because I know that that's not my dead grandfather. I know that that's a demon trying to influence me and stray me away from God's word because God's word says I should not speak to the dead at all. Right because that's not the real person. Okay, but how is Jesus the Ghostbuster of of all the Bible says only he has the power and one day if you look at that picture one day everyone who live love that have died will come back to life again because Jesus has the power to raise the Dead. It is his breath that is combined with our bodies that make us alive. And when Jesus comes the Bible says he will come with a shout with the voice of the Archangel with the trumpet of God and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Amen. And so even though you see many people dressed up as ghouls and goblins and all these things over the past week realizing this that that all those things that they're doing is just make believe it's not real there is no such thing as ghosts. Right and the Bible says that we don't serve a dead God. We don't serve the god of the Dead we serve the god of the living. There are many people in the world that on Halloween they serve the god of the dead but we don't serve the god of the Dead. We don't serve a dead God we serve a living God why because the Bible tells us in John 11:25. Jesus said to her I am the resurrection. And the life he who believes in me though. He were dead though. He though he died yet. Shall he live? All right. So Jesus is the only one that can raise the dead and that's what I wanted to share with you today. Jesus makes the difference because when he speaks he speaks power into our lives and we become alive. All right, so let's bow our heads and pray and thank God for his precious gift of Life father. I want to thank you so much for your love and your goodness towards us. I pray that we will talk about the love of Jesus and the grace of Jesus and know that Jesus is the one who will come back and resurrect. All our loved ones in our family members that are asleep in him and take us home where we will never ever ever died again in Jesus name. Amen. Thank you so much for the girls. You may go back to your seats now.
