Run the race as a marathon not a sprint desiels take a minute to get going and hard to stop but once they get going they go for a long time. 1000’s of miles where a little sports car can go fast but will have to stop for gas more along the way. Husane Bolt can run 100 yards extremely fast. He trains for that. But he wouldnt do very well in the Boston Marathon

just like dating or meeting a new person you try to spend time with them getting to know them. . learning their eye color and their favorite foods. learning what they like and what their pet peeves are. you may not always do right. you may make mistakes but be a work in progress. progress is great. wow its like you dont even know me
