For Paul's, the Church, filled by Jesus, in Christ, and blessed by the Father, fills all creation as ambassadors of the Messiah. They have His Spirit, and by His Spirit, they proclaim the message of the gospel to all creation. They are the blessed community that carries the mission of blessing the world by proclaiming the reconciliation of all things in Jesus, the Messiah.
