41 And Elijah said to Ahab, “Go, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a heavy rain.”
42 So Ahab went off to eat and drink, but Elijah climbed to the top of Carmel, bent down to the ground and put his face between his knees.
43 “Go and look toward the sea,” he told his servant. And he went up and looked. “There is nothing there,” he said. Seven times Elijah said, “Go back.”
44 The seventh time the servant reported, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea.” So Elijah said, “Go and tell Ahab, ‘Hitch up your chariot and go down before the rain stops you.’ ”
45 Meanwhile, the sky grew black with clouds, the wind rose, a heavy rain came on and Ahab rode off to Jezreel.
46 The power of the Lord came upon Elijah and, tucking his cloak into his belt, he ran ahead of Ahab all the way to Jezreel.

I must start with a prophetic declaration:
This is the year of Re-Vision
God is restoring what the enemy took
The vision you wrote down God will fulfill
Like Job, you are about to get double for your faithfulness
7 Instead of their shame my people will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance; and so they will inherit a double portion in their land, and everlasting joy will be theirs.
No more shame but a double portion of blessing
No more blocking of your inheritance
Your joy begins today
5 Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.
A new season of joy starts today
12 Come back to the place of safety, all you prisoners who still have hope! I promise this very day that I will repay two blessings for each of your troubles.
Time for double for your trouble
Change is coming
Clouds without rain - No More
The sound without substance - No More
Thunder to awaken the children
Thunder to point to the rain
Do not forsake the days of small beginnings
The clouds carry change
The clouds carry a new season
The clouds are bringing renewal
The clouds are bringing a blessing
The seed sown will reap a plentiful harvest
