What is your Ground?

11 Now after him was Shammah the son of Agee a Hararite. And the Philistines were gathered into a troop where there was a plot of ground full of lentils, and the people fled from the Philistines. 12 But he took his stand in the midst of the plot, defended it and struck the Philistines; and the Lord brought about a great victory.

Why would you want Ground?

How do you gain Ground?

Battle

How do you loose Ground?

Battle

How do you take back Ground?

Unless you have the ability to win back by battle or to purchase back by having the means. It must be gained another way.

What about spiritual Ground?

How do you loose spiritual Ground?

Ephesians 4:26–27 NASB95
26 Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, 27 and do not give the devil an opportunity.

27 Don’t give the slanderous accuser, the Devil, an opportunity to manipulate you!

How can you get back the spiritual Ground that you gave up?

That you and your forefathers are sinners and that you can’t fix it alone.

ACCEPT

The Blood of Jesus as full payment for any and every sin.

The Holy Spirit for help by bringing to mind anything that you need to deal with.

REPENT

Example Prayer

Lord Jesus please forgive me for choosing to sin by ______ . I claim the Blood of Jesus as full payment for any and every sin. Would You break down and destroy any and every stronghold that I allowed the devil to build in my life through this specific sin. Would you take back the ground that I gave to the enemy and would You give me back that ground, and would You build your kingdom on it.
Psalm 103:12 NASB95
12 As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
