God's perfect creation has been reduced to rubble: it's a disaster area destroyed by sin. We Christians, Jesus' followers, are not merely bystanders to this mess, but active members of God's disaster recovery team. When we are followers, not fans, we are changed by Jesus because of His death and resurrection, and we have gifts to use to bless others. We are called to follow Jesus into the fray.
