Who will Jesus receive? -

These twelve Jesus sent out, instructing them, “Go nowhere among the Gentiles and enter no town of the Samaritans, 6 but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Humble approach by the Gentiles who would have looked down on the Jews.
3 Surprises About Salvation
Salvation is Imminent (23)
“it is time”
So they were seeking to arrest him, but no one laid a hand on him, because his hour had not yet come.
These words he spoke in the treasury, as he taught in the temple; but no one arrested him, because his hour had not yet come.
