True, False, Undetermined
The Bible is never false nor undetermined but there can be some difficult doctrines
We are finite in our ability to understand some of the things of God, but we must believe what God reveals to us
The phrase often used by people is, “God loves the sinner, but hates the sin.”
It is also used sometimes as a command to us, “Love the sinner, hate the sin.”
Is this true?
The second version is always true for us.
We are always to love the sinner and hate the sin.
We are to love our enemies as ourselves and show kindness to everyone.
What does God think about the sinner?

Ezekiel 18:
Salvation is not universally applied, but must be personally accepted.
Salvation is not universally applied, but must be personally accepted.
Passover Lamb/Day of Atonement - the lamb was sacrificed for the whole community but must be individually applied by faith
Salvation is available to everyone, but not everyone will accept it.
No one desiring to be saved will be cast away.
2. The Great Paradox of Election and Free Will
3. God’s Thoughts Towards the Wicked
Conclusion:
Next week we will get more in to the specific call of God to salvation and see that God works a miracle in our hearts with salvation to cause us to desire Him.
He does this in balance with our free will to choose.
This is a mystery, or paradox, of the Christian faith.
We also will see what God thinks about the wicked and those who refuse to accept His free gift of salvation.
Tonight, however, as we wrap up, we need to recognize one thing as we leave this place.
God desires for men to be saved.
We have the message and are the means by which God has appointed to take that message of salvation to the world.
Are we doing what God has called us to?
