The Bible tells the story of who God is and how He redeems His people through the provision of His Son.

The Kingdom is God’s people in God’s place under God’s rule experiencing His blessing.

Genesis 3:23–24 ESV
23 therefore the Lord God sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken. 24 He drove out the man, and at the east of the garden of Eden he placed the cherubim and a flaming sword that turned every way to guard the way to the tree of life.

The garden offers a picture of perfection.

The eviction from the garden pictures destruction.

Genesis 6:5–7 ESV
5 The Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And the Lord regretted that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart. 7 So the Lord said, “I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, man and animals and creeping things and birds of the heavens, for I am sorry that I have made them.”
Gen 6

The story of the Bible shows us that God saves His people through judgment.

Gen
Genesis 6:8 ESV
8 But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.

The story of the Bible shows that God promises to restore His people into His place under His rule and experiencing His blessing.

Gen 12:1-
Genesis 12:1–3 ESV
1 Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. 2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
Genesis 12:7 ESV
7 Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your offspring I will give this land.” So he built there an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.

All the promises of God find their fulfillment in Christ.

2 Corinthians 1:20 ESV
20 For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.
