IN CHRIST REALITIES PT 7
When God made you a new creation in Christ, He didn’t make you to be defeated, confused, sick, poor, beat up, and to live on barely-get-along street.
HE MADE YOU TO BE A CONQUEROR!
Did you know that Jesus isn’t sick?
He isn’t poor either.
Do you think He is sitting on the throne saying, “Oh, my stomach is hurting.
I don’t know how I’m going to make it.
I’ve got some payments coming up at the end of this month.
I’ve been talking to the Father about them, but I don’t know if I’m going to make it.
I am so tired!”
That’s Not The Way Jesus Is.
He Is Seated At The Right Hand Of God, And The Bible Says His Enemies Are Way Beneath His Feet.
All Power In Heaven And In Earth Has Been Given To Him.
Everything The Father Has Is His.
(NKJV) I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore.
Amen.
And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.
I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore.
Amen.
And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.
Jesus is not sitting up there barely getting along.
He is saying to every born-again believer, “I’ve got all power in heaven and earth.
If you need it -- you can get it from Me.
If I don’t have it in stock, I will make it just for you!”
MORE LIKE JESUS
You can be more like Jesus.
He healed the sick and cast out devils.
When Jesus came into a town, things changed.
The devil is faithful to come back and visit.
He will come back and say, “If you are really saved....”.
Being in Christ has nothing to do with your feelings.
It has everything to do with the Word of God and the integrity of God’s Word.
You can get up every morning and say, “I am a new creation in Christ Jesus.
Old things are passed away, and everything has become new.”
There is a department of your being — YOUR SPIRIT — where at the moment you are born again, old things are passed away and everything becomes new.
God Made You A New Creature In Christ -- But You Must Put On The New Man.
(NKJV) that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
WEYMOUTH Clothe yourselves with that new and better self, which has been created to resemble God in the righteousness and holiness which come from the truth.
Clothe yourselves with that new and better self, which has been created to resemble God in the righteousness and holiness which come from the truth.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth.
If you would listen to Him -- He would keep you out of a lot of trouble — trouble in business, in relationships, and in church.
You have a partner to walk out your new life with in Christ.
His name is the Holy Spirit or the Holy Ghost.
(NKJV) However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

REVEAL THINGS TO COME
(KJV) .... for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
.... for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
What does it mean, “Whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak”?
Who does the Holy Spirit hang out with?
He hangs out with the Father and the Son, so whatever He hears them say is what He says.
Verse 13 concludes, “...and he will shew you things to come.”
If you want to know what is happening, you do not have to call the psychic network and ask, “What do you see in my future?”
I see you going broke if you stay on that line very long!
If you hang out with the Holy Ghost and become sensitive to Him -- He will show you things to come about your life, your future, your children, your marriage, and your business -- but He can’t talk to you if you don’t listen.
Be Still And Get With The Holy Ghost — Talk To Him.
