Freedom in Christ
Scripture:
Introduction: Have you had a time in your life where you got stuck?
I’m just thinking about a time growing up crawling around in new construction ventilation system of a high school that was doing some remodeling.
There was a few of us boys who had discovered a way to get inside the project on the weekend and crawl around in the duct work of the high school.
It was summer break.
My younger brother and I got together with the neighbor boys next door to our grandma.
We never dreamed in all our dreams about getting stuck or letting lost in the duct work.
Dumb huh!
I can remember going up and down through the maze and dark as dark could be.
Couldn’t even see our hand in front of our face.
But boy was it fun!
I know there were times growing up on the farm getting stuck in a hole or crawl space and not able to move.
The feeling is one of helplessness.
Sometimes we can feel that way emotionally and that can be a terrible feeling.
