Peace along the Way – Intro:
This psalm was written at a time when David was an old man. He addresses a problem that all of us have encountered – seeing the wicked prosper while we are trying to live godly and are struggling. We, as Christians, need to understand as J. Vernon McGee once said, “our hope is in Heaven not upon the earth”. God probably doesn’t want us to get too comfortable here. We need to understand that this world is the closest thing to Hell we’ll ever know. Whereas, it is also the closest thing to Heaven the lost will ever know.
We are told not to worry, so how do we have peace as we walk out walk? The psalmist gives us some direction
